I purchased the Obagi gentle cleanser- it arrived in the newer bottle which always makes me feel good to know they have the "newer version". Some sites still sell the old ones. And I also got the Skin Ceuticals P-Tiox in the .5fl oz size. I love that they offer these sizes. I can try a product before committing to a bigger size. The shipping is always fast and everything is always packed well. I love this site!

I’m coming back to change my review, because I just realized I didn’t get the moisturizer I ordered. I thought I was getting the Skin Restore Body Cream but they sent me Moisture-Rich Body Cream.

My friend purchased a bottle of SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic as a gift from this company. When it arrived, the packaging immediately raised concerns, so I verified directly with SkinCeuticals. Skin Care Market is not an authorized retailer.
All I could find out is that this bottle appears to be nearly a year and a half old, which raises even more concerns about product freshness and storage conditions.
I reached out to Skin Care Market multiple times by phone and email. I called four times and left messages each time because no one ever answers the phone. I also sent emails. I received zero responses of any kind. No acknowledgment, no follow up, nothing.
There is no transparency, no customer service, and no accountability. Based on this experience, along with the fact that they are not an authorized seller of the brand, buyers should exercise extreme caution. I would not purchase anything from this company.
