I ordered a product from this website and paid £3.99 for the delivery. The Item I ordered showing In Stock when I placed the order and I just checked the product is still In Stock on their website. (it's been 9 days since I placed the order and still waiting to be delivered. Sent many emails to customer service but no reply. I'm going to request for a refund if I dont get the item delivered in next 2 days. Very poor communication and a complete waste of time... Just Avoid it if you can.

I looked all over for this one product I’ve used since I was young but then lost ways to get it, came across beautizone and found the same product which I am very happy with. The prices are low and the delivery isn’t much. I am very pleased with my experience and I have therefore recommended my family and friends to use this. Ordered Monday got it by Friday, even during this pandemic. I am very pleased and recommend to everyone! These are definitely my new hair people :)

Ordered from Beautizone for the first time this past week.The website was easy to use and their prices were competitive.
My order for several items was dispatched quickly and arrived in 2 days.
I was also impressed with their customer service. When there was an issue with 2 of the items in my order that appeared to be missing,I got in touch and they responded quickly and sorted out the problem right away with minimum fuss
Will order from them again in future andrecommend them to friends and family

Waiting a order destination France
Hello,
I ordered few products from this website to be delievery in France (it's been 10 days that I have no answer from them) not even a word to say your package it's on the way.
