EDIT: after leaving this review Beautizone contacted me to apologise for the slow delivery and lack of contact and refunded the cost of express delivery. I feel this was a fair way to deal with the issue and I am satisfied with their response.

I ordered some hair for braiding and paid for Express delivery which promised 1-3 working days. 7 days later I received my order. This was too late for my hair appointment, and completely defeats the expensive delivery charge for “express”. To make matters worse I complained via the live chat, via Instagram and via email and I haven’t received any response for over two weeks. Beautizone unfortunately is unreliable, don’t waste your money on them.

Weird product
I have ordered a few times now, been decent. Prices aren't too bad and delivery is fast. My last order seemed to have a weird problem though as I'm not convinced one of the products recieved is real? I've had it countless times, took it on holiday to use ajdbthe colour was off as was the smell. I brought it back and brought one locally to check against and I was right, what should be coconut smells like coffee what should be white was brown. Very bizarre. Think ill stick to local orders from now just in case
