Tried to phone company 0208 640 8595 at least 8 or 9 times during the week to find out if they had my order in stock! Nobody ever answered the phone on that number. So I Emailed them this morning & I was informed that Royal Mail had NOT shown any updates since dispatch. They did however give me an instant refund I'm a bit suspicious as the product on order miraculously disappeared from their website

The hair i ordered seems good quality although i am yet to use it so i will edit at a later date with an update however my issue is that i also ordered a spandex hair wrap that was not delivered with the hair, i emailed them saying i would still like the product or they can refund me and they responded to say they had sent out a replacement hair wrap but 2 weeks later and i still do not have the hair wrap or my money back!!!

Very quick delivery, lots of communication and tracking, very happy with the service, I order a lot online and was very impressed with the whole process, the products are really good and price is excellent, the products are for afro/type hair but find they're so good for fine Scandinavian hair also when taming down hair for work in a ponytail, I use all this type of products including Cantu which they also sell, such amazing products, thanks again for a lovely service, will definitely be purchasing again

I ordered my products on Wednesday and paid for express delivery. today is Sunday and I haven't heard from the company - no shipping or dispatch information. I must say I am disappointed because I emailed them and have not received any response. my hair appointment is tomorrow and I have nothing to use.

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong extensions for my hair appointment and upon finding this out, Beautizone were fully cooperative with helping with the exchange and everything was so smooth and seamless. My new extensions arrived before my appointment and they even provided some free samples. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I started ordering from beautizone in lock down, due to hair shops being closed. I've ordered from them a few times and I can say each experience has been seamless. My orders have been processed and delivered in good time. They also have brands that I sometimes can't find in store and the products are good prices. I'd definitely continue to order from them

First time ordering from this site and the customer service was amazing. I ordered 6 packs of crotchet hair but the color I received was different from the image on the site so I sent an email asking for rectification. Farhan sent me a free returns label to return the incorrect package and also shipped the replacement with next day delivery all at the same cost. They also called to let me know when the package had been shipped.
It shows great attention to detail and I'd gladly order from this site again.

Their response is not what happened. After Beautizone refused to refund I contacted PayPal who agreed that the products weren’t genuine and therefore refunded the money.

Purchased some Shea moisture products around a month ago, when they arrived the packaging was completely different to my original products so I questioned this with the company. They convinced my they were real with new packaging so I kept them. Now that I have actually opened the products and used them can tell they definitely are not legit as my hair feels AWFUL. Don’t waste your money

This is the second time of using Beautizone and both times they have delivered excellent service. I particularly like the personal touch of an email from Farhan thanking me for my custom.....this is something that is missing from a lot of retailers who take their customers for granted. Businesses should learn that growth comes from repeat customers
