The company responds inadequately to refund requests. My parcel in Germany was not picked up from the post office on time and was sent back. I have been waiting for my refund for 5 weeks and still haven’t received it. I do not recommend working with them.

Do not order from this company if you’re in the UK!!!!! Waited weeks with no update on the order then when I contacted them was told to wait 2 days while they investigate. Was then told my order was lost, subsequently told it was at a post office in a city nowhere near where I live, refused to give a refund until I returned the order that I never received. Extremely rude customer service with slow replies, refused to escalate to a manager despite repeated requests. No UK customer service phone number either. I had to get my money back by raising a charge back with my bank, avoid this company like the plague!!!!

Is this company trading ?
I ordered a product which arrived but it was unsuitable for my use as it was to heavy.
The emails are returned the phone number is continuously engaged and after posting on Face book I still have had no help. Does this company exist or have I been Hoaxed. I will have to resort to using Cash Back to resolve the issue.
