Everything was good with the order, fast delivery to Sweden. I was happy that the delivery was free of charge.

Very bad company, no after sale service! They ignore you completely. I bought for more than 200€, a B.tan easy and product from B.Tan, the violet based one is green, but greener than grass, the other one is also greener then should, they didn’t correctly stored the products, and now it’s bad and they just send it to you! Product that are over date and bad. I already have send many mails and zero response! Don’t buy from this company! They will rip you off!

Worst customer service ever , I paid 23euros for the product and to return it is 13euros and they don’t want to cover this , don’t order anything else

I ordered 10 bottles of hair oil, and everything was leaked out when I received the package. I tried to put everything left together, and there were only 5 bottles left.. There wasn't any protection for the glass bottles. They just put everything in the parcel.. I sent an email to customer service 2 days ago, but they still haven't replied me. This is a scam..

I bought the Farmavita Colorant for hair in a pink tone and it turned my hair orange!! My hair was previously bleached and it was in a white tone wich is the recommended for fantasy colors! I'll not recommend buy this hair dye it have an string smell and it irritates my skin

They were contacted as they asked me here, and it became clear that they blocked my email .. So I contacted my other email, and there was no response !! I think it's the worst purchase experience in the history of my online shopping in 8 years!

Horrible experience and a total scam. I have placed my order over a month ago, emailed them countless amount of times and never got a respond. They charged me and never refunded or received my products.

I ordered from Spain and was waiting few weeks to get my order,but didn't get it as it says that my address is incorrect which is not true.
I called them but the women told me no English and no Spanish,so I sent an email but there was no answer.After I decided to text them on messenger to claim mine money and I decided to use Google translate and text them in French I got a message back very quick,after we talked in English as the person's from messenger does speak this language,what a shame that couldn't talk in English on the phone.
They told me that delivery company said that my address is incorrect and when the parcel will be back in France they will send it back but I asked for refund.
I got my refund after 5 days or so....
I liked the website as they have good offers but after this experience I'm not gonna loose my time.
Good service over messenger this is only positive thing I can say.
So only 2 stars

I bought a product that I never received... they took the money from my account without ever sending it ... a FRAUD!!!!!!!!
