Very bad service. I was charged twice due to billing address problem. I contacted support and was told that it will be voided in 2-3 days. But my money still not refunded although passed 10 days.

I am sorry to say that I must agree with the previous bad reviews about Beauty Encounter. I bought 10 Tommy Hilfiger antiperspirant deo stick 70 ml. and they are all too old I think because when I try screw/turn the lower part of the plastic tube in order to "push up" deo stick so that I can use it nothing happens. All of them. OK, I bought the stick 5-6 months ago and still not started to use them until now. But I really thought they should work! And also some of them have became pink (the white deo stick) so I believe they are too old. When I wrote to Beauty Encounter about this the only answer was that I have had them more then 48 hours before I complained. So obviously we need to open the cosmetics we buy from them asap after order for checking that they are working as they should. If I knew this before I would never buy anything from Beauty Encounter at all. First of all they have old, outdated products and second they don´t even want to talk about it with me even if they not work.

I really wish I knew about this company before ordering anything from here. I had no idea what this company was about I didn’t even know my eau de toilette was coming from this company because I ordered from a department store never knew it was coming from a third party company. Please check when ordering anything this company is not a place that you want to receive anything from. A woman by the name of Anna advised me to return the broken, damaged, leaking glass bottle of perfume back through USPS, FED-EX,or UPS each company advised me that they would not accept the package, after advising ANNA the information which I received from the companies she stated that I should just drop package in the drop box at USPS. I stated to Anna according to the three above companies it was ILLEGAL to do, and that I would not involve myself in any ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. This company deserves a -0. Send me the product that I ordered make sure it’s NOT damaged, broken or leaking all over or just simply credit my account IMMEDIATELY.

If I could give 0 star, I certainly would!!! The perfume I ordered arrived and it was broken into pieces of glasses. I had to clean it up right away and I even cut my finger by doing so. I reached out to The company and they did nothing about it! That person who was supposed to help me kept using those canned responses to answer my questions which was ridiculous! I need my money back and a new one!!!! Highly NOT recommended!

DO NOT BUY from this company! I bought Jo Malone Orange Blossom perfume. It did not come in a box. When I questioned if it was a tester or fake they were very offended that I even questioned the authenticity. I took it to Nordstrom to compare and it is a fake! I paid $100 for a fake! I am so angry. Why do people rip others off? We all work hard for our money. They are dishonest and thieves.

Beauty Encounter would not honor a discount code available on their website. I bought the product through Amazon and they would not credit me back after spending $200.00 plus there. My box also arrived with a massive dent in the corner that damaged the coffret / clutch that comes with Kilian fragrances. Disappointed, but, for what I paid its whatever. Considering they wouldn’t credit me back I probably won’t shop here again unless I see a really good deal.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I paid extra for shipping to guarantee my product arrives here by the 23rd, it's a Christmas gift. Checked tracking, it's arriving on the 26th, so basically useless to me at this point. I called and they tried to say I didn't pay extra, when I'm looking at the added cost in my email confirmation!!!! They did nothing to correct the situation. So now I'm out the money until this arrives and I send it back to get refunded, have to go in my pocket to purchase elsewhere which I should've done in the first place!! Save yourself the time and aggravation and choose to shop elsewhere!!!!

Just received fake perfume with ingredients spelled wrong.

I’m so confused and upset frangrance I received from them was open and used moreover it is fake but for full price of original fragrance .. so upset will never order online from them anything

I received a Jil Sander Sun fragrance which I ordered on the Walmart website. It was processed by BeautyEncounter. I'm using Jil Sander Sun since many years, what I received comes not even close. It smells of onions and hairspray!!!!

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Ordered on Amazon and received the order and it was short items from the description. The reason the customer service gave me when I called was ridiculous. They offered me a refund, which of course I did because I can buy at a better price on Amazon, but it will take days to get it back and I will need to make a trip to the post office and take time to print label. Which doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but time is important to me, that's why I ordered online. It seems their online ordering isn't up to par. I will never order from them again. Stay away from Beauty Encounters.
