Terrible customer service, stay away

Besides their website stating that the order will arrive in "1-3 business days", they take 14 days to simply ship the order.
With that not being enough, the order got lost and they have the audacity to ask me to wait even more for the "investigation" - besides sending a new package to me to try to compensate for their negligence.
I kept exchanging emails back and forth with them without any progress.
After all this stress, I cancelled my order and now they asked me to wait for the "investigation" to end in order for me to get the refund.
Stay away from this place

They sell what they don't have, expect long delivery waiting

I bought some products from them with delivery expected for a few days. The time has passed and I received an email asking for 2-3 weeks for delivery and no option to cancel the delivery.
They basically sold what they don't have and pushed me to wait a long time until they have it.
30 days after, I'm still waiting for the products.
