Your order was above the UK threshold, which means import charges could apply upon arrival. The products were purchased from us without VAT, so local taxes and duties may be charged after import. We do understand that this may not have been clear enough, and we will discuss internally how we can inform our customers more clearly about possible import taxes and charges for deliveries outside Europe.
We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery estimate. We processed and shipped your order as quickly as possible, and the estimated delivery time we shared is normally met. We are sorry that this was not the case for your shipment.

This is the first time that I have ordered from Beauty Fashion Shop. I wrote an email asking if there was a website in English and received a response right away. The ordering process was smooth and I received several notifications as to when delivery would be made. The products I ordered are not easily available in Europe so I was very happy to find them and then have the purchasing experience be so easy. Thank you Beauty Fashion Shop!

What I really like that BFS shop has…full range of my favorite brand
What I really like that BFS shop has the full range of my favorite Ersicson Laboratorie brand. I‘ve been using these creams since 2002, but unfortunately this brand is not presented on the German marketplace.
I was a little bit nervous about GLS delivery, but everything went smooth and right now I using my creams again.
For the winter gonna consider to order another line of creams from Eriscon.

It's scam. Don't order!! They kept my money for 3 weeks and then said it's not available and cancelled the order.

Where is my order?
I ordered on the 31st of May and the website said they had the products in stock and my delivery would be next day. On the 3rd of June I received an email saying that it has been delayed 1-3 working days. It is 10 of June, I didn't receive my products, they don't answer the phone or email. Of course they took the money on the 31st of May.

Great shop
I ordered the orphica realash lashserum from them and would not revommend it because it made my eyes red and burn.
But I can 100 % the shop. The customer service always helps you. They pay returns and always answer your mails. They took my serum back because of my allergic reaction. Great shop!

I did not know the shop and was hesitant to order at first. However, Beautyfashionshop.nl were the only ones that still sold my favourite mascara (it got discontinued), hence I ordered anyways. In the meantime, I've placed my second order and will continue to use the shop. Thanks!
