Very pleased with the eyelash serum
Very pleased with the eyelash serum, l was a bit sceptical reading the reviews and thought it was too good to be true. I had very little bottom lashes but in just in a few weeks l have lovely long lashes now and I would definitely recommend this product.

Never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. I placed an order on May 30th and by the 8th of June, I was annoyed that my items had yet to be dispatched and wrote complaining. Within 24 hours of emailing I had an email confirming that I'd been given a refund with the promise that I'd get sent a free gift, this was on the 9th. I didn't think anything of it after that. Until last week when a package arrived with the items I had tried to order, plus a free gift - I mean, I've no idea what a cuticle mask is and will probably never use it, but it's the thought that counts. I'm very impressed that someone would do something so kind. Obviously, I want to pay for these items in the original order so I am now awaiting confirmation of your PayPal account.

Products were excellent but a bit…
Products were excellent but a bit pricey. Especially for international costumers but they were the only site that had Limited Edition Pat McGrath items available so like the PMG addict I am I had to get it either way. I have nothing negative to say about the store and costumer service, satisfied.
