Gave up trying with theses lashes, do not work at all, don’t waste your money, gave one star as can’t give a minus, yet to contact customer service, but looking at other reviews it’s probably a waste of time, might try my debit card provider to see if I can get a refund

Awful quality, a scam
Magnetic lashes don’t work, also not as advertised. I asked for a refund/ return. They gave me a return address in China which would cost more to send back than I paid for them. Total scam.

Placed an order on the 22nd on June, the order has been confirmed but I haven’t heard from them since the 22nd.
I can’t track the shipment because I believe there is no shipping at all, no possibility to talk with a customer service.
Just a scam, avoid it!

I made a purchase in March 2024 and I've only just opened the packaging to try the Nano soluble collagen film and they don't work as described i've asked for a full refund but I have been totally ignored via email and comment box

Ordered magnetic lashes almost two full weeks ago and for two weeks I've had 'partially shipped' as the status and have emailed multiple times and had absolutely nothing back. I feel scammed. £20+ down and without lashes for my friends birthday. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
