Tried several times, just don't work. So annoying!

I have been waiting for over a month for the magnetic eye lashes to arrive, I have sent several e-mails but have not had a reply. The tracking doesn't work and has never been updated. I have asked for them to update me or I will request a refund which sounds like it will be a waste of time. Stay away from this company and don't buy from them.

SCAMMERS.Ordered hyaluronic acid powder from their website but it never came. Sent emails and they kept saying delivery takes 7-12 working days. It over 20 working days and no item received. No refund either. I have raised a dispute with my bank on this transaction and I hope I get my refund back.. scammers

Scam I placed an order with them and did not receive my order. I would never use them again. Be careful and avoid.

Scam item not delivered even though they said it was, dragging it on and promising to send a replacment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam. Ordered Sacheu and they sent me a different knock off brand, Seline Girl. Which is illegal, but they don't reply.

Avoid. Scam company. Placed order and money was taken but no confirmation email received and no response received to the many queries I have submitted. Hopefully bank will refund my money.

22/7/24 I purchased magnetic eyelashes, and collagen masks from these people. Very late delivery, cancelled order but sent anyway. tracking did not work. DO NOT TRADE with them. Same problem as everyone else. Magnetic lashes would not work and collagen part of patches was stuck to white hard paper, not the blue soft paper. Totally not usable. Costs too much to return to China (this is what they bank on!) Raised a case with PayPal, sent photos etc. but case has just been closed in favour of these scammers. Very disappointed in PayPal for believing this crappy company over me!

Took so long to send my order I asked them to cancel it.
Even though I had asked them multiple times before they sent, for a refund, they ignored all my emails and apparently sent it anyway. I've never received what I ordered and I'm still out of pocket.
Utter crap business, don't waste your money here!!!

Magnetic lashes don’t work. Refuse to refund. Poor customer service. Avoid.

The magnetic lashes took 2 weeks to arrive. Tried them on, the lashes do not work at all, as the lashes do not clip together. Do not trust those social media marketing on Instagram etc.

Reached out to the Customer Service on 1st August for full refund, however I was told that I had to return the items to an address in China. (I asked if they will reimburse me for the shipping costs, however they did not get back to me at all. There is no clear policy/clarity of whether they will bear the shipping costs). They alternatively offered me 15% discount and I can keep the products.

I declined the offer as I wanted a full return as the products do not work as what they advertised.

I had since been following up with them (sent 5 emails) but no one had the courtesy to come back to me at all as of end of August. The customer service is disappointingly poor. Please avoid buying from this seller.

I ordered magnetic lashes, they arrived.
They do not come off the applicator.
I emailed and was told to return them to China at my own expense - they will not cover the cost. OR I can have a 20% refund & keep the lashes.
This took several emails.
Terrible product.
Terrible customer care.
Terrible company.
AVOID. AVOUD. AVOID!

Avoid! I ordered 24th June. Delivery is supposed to be 5-10 days. It has been 23 days and no product.
The tracking information shows it was only sent after 8 days and from China. There is no business address on the website or any information to say it is coming from China. I emailed the company who told me to wait. I went straight to PayPal and with the information I had and screenshot of the reviews here, I have a full refund.
If you have been scammed by this company, they will not issue a refund. Go to your payment provider (bank, PayPal etc).

I TRIED so many times to get them to stick, yeah they stick to each other but not on your lashes. Utter trash.
China? Be ashamed.. over 2 weeks waiting to be peed off to the extreme

Long wait for order arrived only lashes for one eye!! Very disappointing got straight back in touch no reply.

If I could give minus 0 I would! They don’t work! I’m so sick and tired of being scammed and screwed over by these Chinese companies! Just stop now praying on people like me who doesn’t have much money and wants something nice to make me feel good 🤬

Took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered. Extremely poor quality when finally received - won’t even try them on as they just look laughable!!
Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this company.

Very bad quality, not enough magnetic glue to stick together, only 1 piece of magnetic strip on one of the lashes so it could not work. I would have given 1 stars, but it was not an option.
