WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is a fake company who do not send their products and do not provide refunds they take your money and run. I have been Informed item delivered to a household member, but it was not. No proof of delivery and no item received. No response from seller and no help from eBay. I have tried contacting seller directly, but phone number and emails not recognised. There is no way to contact this company they are scammers.

I’ve purchased Australian Gold sunbed lotions from this company via Onbuy.com a few times. There are generally one or two in the range for a very good price but not the same ones consistently, so if you have a favourite you may not get lucky. Had no problems in the past, however they are now sending items via Amazon Logistics instead of Royal Mail so they have lost me as a customer. Amazon are nothing but hassle in my area. My order got left on a random person’s doorstep, not mine. No idea where the item was but thankfully someone dropped it round a few hours later. If they go back to RM deliveries I’ll use again, otherwise sadly not.

I ordered an Item via Ebay from Beautymagasin, the item is shown as delivered but is not. Amazon shipping was used.
According to Amazon shipment tracking "your package left in mail room"!? I don't have a mail room. I was at home at time of "delivery". No help ,no concern from seller, only answer when claim raised was link to tracking. No help from ebay. Negative feedback with screenshots never published. No proof of delivery, no signature, no picture. I have sent round in circles. Useless the lot of them.

I purchased two men’s eau de toilette’s from beautymagasin on eBay and they were sent by Amazon which is one of the worst delivery companies in the country, they delivered them and left them on my doorstep or close door and I didn’t get them and when I contacted beautymagasin they just said it had been delivered full stop. No apologies from quite a cold company and the customer service is nothing short of disgusting. Would definitely not recommend this company for anyone else

Ordered weedkiller from the companies, eBay shop. Measuring cup turned up damaged and unusable. Seller wouldn’t do anything to rectify the issue really bad attitude too. Terrible customer service avoid this company at all costs.

I had an awful experience with BeautyMagasin and their Neo Hair Lotion product. I've been using it for months, and I haven't seen any progress whatsoever. When I reached out to the company for help, they were completely unresponsive, leaving me feeling like I'd wasted my time and money on a product that doesn't work.

If you're considering purchasing the Neo Hair Lotion from BeautyMagasin, I would advise against it. Not only did the product not work for me, but the company was incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive when I reached out to them for assistance.

I'm extremely disappointed with BeautyMagasin and its customer service. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks regarding their Neo Hair Lotion product, but they've been completely unresponsive. I suspect that they're selling a fake version of the product, and I would caution anyone against making a purchase from them.

I purchased the Neo Hair Lotion from BeautyMagasin with high hopes, but unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money. The product didn't work at all, and when I tried to contact the company for help, they were completely unresponsive. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone.

Ordered an item from these which was delivered to the wrong address by royal mail. I contacted them and royal mail straight away showing proof of delivery which was not my address and their response was to ask royal mail where they delivered it, no apology, nothing. Royal mail completed their investigation yesterday, full of apologies, asking me to contact the seller as it is easier for them to make a claim as they will have all the information required. I contacted the seller again with screenshots of royal mails email, apologising for the inconvenience caused by royal mail to them and myself and their response was shocking!. " it was delivered, have you checked your local area...". Of course I had already checked the one place anywhere near me that it possibly was delivered to but it was not the same place as the proof of delivery pictures showed. I do not expect to have to search Winchester for my order, disabled or not!
OK, they did send my order but upon not receiving the item, their customer service and unwillingness to help is DISGUSTING! on this experience alone, I will not be a returning customer.

Good seller, nice service

Do not trust the seller. Bought a product on eBay and now has been six weeks and has not arrived. Seller Is constantly saying wait 1 to 2 more days.
Asked Twice what day it was shipped and they did not respond/avoided.

DON'T USE THIS SELLER!!!! Bought an item from Ebay, which was faulty, I told them and they replyed their returns policy is 1 month so it's not their problem...... after that they just ignored my messages....

Do not trust these people. They falsely advertise products on ebay that they can no longer fulfil. AVOID AVOID AVOID
