Support does not respond
I ordered a perfume from Beautinow. Unfortunately, it never arrived. According to parcel tracking, the Hermes parcel carrier is supposed to have delivered the parcel. However, a forged signature was used. As already mentioned, I never received the parcel. I have contacted Beautinow support several times. My last 3 enquiries have been ignored for weeks. No feedback from support. As I ordered on account, Klarna is now sending me reminders, which are of course not legal. Never again with such support. Let's see if the whole thing ends up in court.

Beware of Scam.
Ordered two week ago, got a tracking code, but it‘s not yet shipped.
The tracking is fake, the support does not answer, and my account is suddenly deactivated.
Sorry that I cannot leave -5 Stars.
