I have been asked to review my purchase twice but I have not received my order yet. It's been two weeks and I already raised a query but no one replies. I didn't receive any confirmation email after placing an order and the amount was deducted immediately from my account. I'm still hoping that it will come though I am unable to check the status.

Unfortunately the current situation with global disruptions in supply chains may effect deliveries to our customers some time, we relay on our suppliers and in some cases there is really not much we can do. I believe my colleagues have done everything possible to keeping you posted, updated and offering different kinds of options to reduce a negative effect of inconvenience caused.

Only one thing I do not like is delivery time ,I pay for 1-2 days delivery and I'm getting my stuff in 3 -4 sometimes longer ,,,everything else is great 🙂
