Where is my tracking number
I placed an order this morning, I got an email saying the item has been dispatched but no tracking number has been issued to me. 
I have tried to contact the company today via email via phone message and also message on their website with no response at all. This is not a good response as I was going to put an order in for over £1,000 but was testing the waters. I will wait until tomorrow for a response but by the reviews on here I am not holding my breathI

Yes, you did email but have forgotten to mention that you emailed 3 times in a little over an hour, demanding an immediate response. In those emails you accused us of being a suspicious company and that if we did not respond by the end of the day you would contact your bank. We run a busy salon and the girls were all in treatment all day and to be honest they will not respond to such aggressive and excessive emails. You emailed us over 2 weeks ago about this product and we responded each time on how to purchase it taking you through all the required steps to purchase. You will get notifications from Royal Mail but for your own peace of mind your tracking link is: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/GG247328593GB. As for our reviews? 91% 5 star, 6% 4 star out of over 2500 is not too bad really.
They have still not sent my order
They haven’t sent the item I ordered (over a month ago). They have since said they need more time to stock the item (which they did not say when I ordered it). Despite asking for them to cancel the order and issue a refund they are now ignoring me. My next step will be to report them to the ombudsman.

Will never buy from them again
Will never buy from them again. I have used the same cream for years, and when it ran out last I ordered some more from this site. It is quite expensive and the cream turned up a completely different colour, different consistency and did absolutely nothing. It was like a cheap cream which had then been watered down and the bottle was half empty! Lasted 3 months instead of the usual 6. Contacted customer service twice and never had a response from them. Scam!
