I've always had a great response and support to questions from Sam at Beauty Time Therapies. O do restock My products in advance so I don't run out, but with the samples provided in my latest order has been a wonderful and welcomed surprise and very appreciated. My recent order was delivered quickly before I bothered to even track it! Very happy with the team there.

Beauty Time Therapies has been my go-to for a little while now for my regular Medik8 Retinol and for very good reason. It remains undefeated in price, prompt delivery with surety that what I'm receiving is the authentic product. While previously their use of padded bags to deliver rather than boxes would've detracted a star in rating as the card product packaging almost always arrived damaged in some way (which was somewhat tolerable as they were for personal use and not for gifting), my most recent order has shown they've finally made the much needed transition to boxes with a pleasant bonus of packing peanuts to ensure everything arrives in immaculate condition. And with that, I can only recommend Beauty Time Therapies as highly as I can, for their small but in-demand luxury products at the best prices you can find.

The order was swift and their prices were good, but I was *very* disappointed at the packaging. Two unbreakable items came swimming in styrofoam beans...it is impossible to recycle or reuse these. Please use eco friendly packaging - it's really not hard.
