Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my beauty products. Always helpful. Had a problem this time as Royal Mail have lost my parcel (never happened before) and Sam sorted it out straight away. The order arrived fast
The order arrived fast, with tracking number provided to make it easier. The price of the face cream I bought was cheaper than everywhere else, plus I've received 4 small samples of another face cream, stronger than mine, to try--what else could I ask! I totally recommend it!

Good price and speedy delivery
When I ordered form beauty time therapies, I was looking for a particular product and they had it the cheapest. When my delivery arrived they had included free samples of the stronger version of the product I bought, which will be useful to see if I could move up to the next strength when I order again. Free samples are always a nice treat but when they are actually useful they are even better.

Have used many times in the past but on this occasion I was disappointed. The product I ordered was out of stock, but no one Informed me of this and I only discovered this by contacting customer service chasing my order up when there was no update about delivery. I would have greatly appreciated an email after my order was processed informing me so I could reorder somewhere else
