After being told by another firm that they couldn't help me, I came across Bartletts and I'm so glad I did! I had a very bad experience with laser tattoo removal and Sian couldn't of put my mind more at ease. My case was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was kept updated at every step of the way. I received excellent service from Lydia who handled my case after I experienced an allergic reaction from a colouring treatment at high street salon. She handled the case with sensitivity, was always easily contactable and made the process stress free. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

From the initial contact I was always kept informed of the process any queries raised were dealt with in a timely manner. Although it was on a no win no fee basis and took approximately 3 years for completion of my complaint, I was still always treated with care and consideration. During a stressful time in my life I sustained negligent treatment from a highly qualified experienced beauty therapist at an established highly reputable salon where I had been a client for over 5 years. She decided to change the lash tint and not bother to inform me nor carry out a test! She even advised 'this will sting a bit as you haven't had it done for a while' that was an understatement and the
result was an allergic reaction with all the pain and physiological effect to deal with.
I contacted Bartletts and Sian was my solicitor
Although I never met her as I live a considerable distance away I felt like I had known her for years
Indeed I felt she was a friend that I could confide in and trust completely
She contacted me regularly and was always available to speak with or called me back
Arranging to consult with medical experts and ensuring I was completely satisfied.

I couldn't recommend Sian and her team any more. I had so many worries after never needing legal help before. Back in December, I went to get my face and eyebrows waxed from a local beauticians around Christmas time. The beautician ended up burning me underneath my eyebrows, my upper cheeks near my eyes on both side and my upper lip. When I asked her why my face has gone red and feels sore, she said it was normal and gave me aloe vera gel and made me still pay for both the waxing and the gel! The next morning I woke up with red sore burns. I was extremely devastated and immediately went to the hospital and they said I will have some scarring especially around the skin near my right eye. I had to take time off from work and could't attend my parties. I also have a client facing role so couldn't attend certain meetings. I couldn't go out without layering my face in make up. It completely destroyed my confidence. I also suffer from IBS so the stress took a toll on me. I was so outraged by all this, that I went online to find a solicitors to create a case for me against the beautician company. I came across Barletts Solicitors and contacted them after reading their reviews and seeing that they specialise in beauty treatment cases.
