I would like to thank Sian Taylor for her professionalism and knowledge throughout the ordeal. A good positive outcome with nice compensation received though less than original offer made/I'd hoped. Case lasted longer than I'd anticipated but believe delay caused by other parties, specialists involved rather than Bartletts. My Solicitor Nicola was approachable and honest and kept in regular contact updating me when I requested. One slightly negative comment would be letters were sent in post that weren't always necessary I felt unless a signature was required. I'd noted email response would be fine as I have a communal letterbox and mail can go astray though still had a lot of written correspondence. I would recommend Bartletts in future.

After having a horrendous hair disaster at a hair salon over a year ago I have been exstreamly pleased with the service the solicators have provided for me.

Specifically Sian, she has been very helpful, from constantly updating me on the progress and never making me feel as if am bothering her with my questions or concerns. She has been exstreamly prompt and very efficient with my claim.

I am very grateful for all her help and I am pleased with the outcome and can now move forward from the initial bad experice I had at Guys and Dolls hairdressers. I found her very knowledge and helpful but I felt like the case took a long time. A friend who had a similar case to mine had her settlement in 1 year but mine was over 2 years.
I am happy with the amount settled it was only the length of time

I contacted Bartletts Solicitors regarding a beauty treatment which I had on my face that ended in facial scarring. I was very upset about the scar and became self-conscious about it. Sian Taylor at Bartletts was brilliant, she was understanding and very professional at all times, which put me at ease. Sian arranged pretty much straight away for a specialist doctor to examine me, which followed through with two minor operations to minimise the scarring.

The process from actually making a claim to receiving the payment is a long process, so patience is required. However Sian was fantastic at keeping me up-to-date with what was happening throughout, via letters and email. I fully trusted Sian to get the best offer for me and took on board her excellent advise. In terms of paperwork for me, it was minimal Sian dealt with most of it, however when I did have papers to fill in and sign, Sian made sure it was clear and she was available if I had any questions.
