After more than 2 weeks my order hasn't shipped
Ordered product 17 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I sent a request to get my money back but so far only received an automated response. I will never shop there again, and you probably shouldn't either.

An absolutely horrible experience as a first time customer!
An absolutely horrible experience buying from them as a first time customer. The first thing that went wrong, was that the product was marked down (40€) before I received my package. Normally other websites corrects the price, if this happens before the customer receives the product. Beatywelt.de refused. The second thing that went wrong was, that the package was totally busted when it arrived. Furthermore the wrap / plastic sealing on the product was broken, and hanging loose. So it looked like it has been opened. We’re talking about an expensive niche fragrance. I’ve documented this via photos, however Beautywelt.de also refused to do anything about that, and now they’re not responding anymore. So this is my first and last time as a customer at Beautywelt.de and I absolutely can’t recommend buying from them. If something goes wrong, there has to be a customer service that will take care of the case, and solve it to the customer’s satisfaction. I’ve been a loyal customer to Notino for years, and I’ve had the exact opposite experience if something goes wrong. They always reply fast, and solves the issue every time. I’ll absolutely recommend using Notino instead. The experience with Beautywelt.de has been a big disappointment and frustration.

I ordered the products more than a month…
I ordered some products more than a month ago. I received a note about the delay after a week. When I asked about the new delivery date, they did not respond; when I canceled the order after three weeks, they also did not respond. I tried to call, but I just waited for ages without a response. I am confused as some customers are satisfied - I am disappointed and with no refund!
