Awful!

Maybe it’s all about money laundering because it’s not about customer relationships!.. we stayed at Cedre hotel in Beaune which is laughably a 5 star hotel!… we had read about the place in a reputable uk newspaper so changed our loyalty as we stay in Beaune frequently… that was mistake number one.. the second mistake was eating in their restaurant… we opted for the 150 euros per head gourmet dinner… it was one of the worse meals I have ever had!. our complaint fell on deaf ears and it is the arrogance of the management which made everything worse … there are much much better places to stay & eat in Beaune… Avoid!
