Consistently great service.
Over the years I have ordered from BEBC and I return because the customer service is always great and the prices competitive. This last purchase was of a ebook and I rang as I needed to change the currency from euros to pounds. Mandy patiently explained the steps and how to apply the discount code while on the phone. She also pointed out where the redeem code is found. Thanks for all your help - it's much appreciated.

Good service at a good price
My Entre Nous 1 arrived very promptly by Royal Mail, and I was sure of receiving the English version unlike other more widely used book provider. A fair price and good service.
