Suncatcher broken on arrival. No customer service contact.

My suncatcher disintegrated as I attempted to lift it (by the chain) from the box. I have emailed the service email as listed in other replies from the company, but received notification that the mailbox is inactive - so how should I arrange a refund (or replacement)?

The service I received couldn’t be…bettered if I wised for it

The service I received couldn’t be bettered , their correspondence , delivery ,was first class.
I purchased 4 items over a 6 week period , a Welsh Dragon , Collie Dog, Wine Bottle and Glass, and finally Santa and Reindeer .
I have to say , real quality items , hig standard of workmanship . Well done , and THANK YOU .

The absolute delight when I received my…

The absolute delight when I received my parcel, I was stunned because it is absolutely beautiful! The colours of the flowers on the glass are amazing. I cannot wait to see the other two I ordered. My friends who have seen it also love it 😀 😍 The metal tree of life is also brilliant, that one is a present for my sister & her husband and I know for sure they will love it too! Thoroughly recommend to everyone!!! ❤️ ❤️

i ordered a Monogram sign in july

i ordered a Monogram sign in july , they sent it out and the names were all wrong , re done it and sent it out again 24th September but this time my sons name was spelt wrong , they assured me that they would rectify and get another out asap. emailed me on 5th November to say they have made the mistake again . would i like to choose something else .
I have been asking for a refund every day since and there reply constantly is so will give you £15 and send another , today we will give you £18 and send another . Why is it so difficult to just get my refund for the whole amount as they clearly know its there error . terrible customer service . Present was 3 months late , now no existent

Lovely weathervane

We bought this lovely Golden Retreaver Weathervane for my sister in laws 60th birthday. She has an elderly Retreaver and we thought it would be a nice reminder for her. It's nicely made but should be packaged better as some of the metal was poking out of the package. Maybe more bubble wrap is needed. But other than that really happy with it.

Perfect item exactly as described online. Well packaged, didn't realise it came from abroad but luckily I'd ordered well in time. Took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer which made the price more reasonable. Well made products.

Dreadful!

I ordered two bushes. After quite some time, I was informed that one of the bushes was out of stock, and would I like to order an alternative. I said I would just like a refund please. After this I kept receiving more emails asking if I would like to order something else instead, I kept requesting a refund. The one bush of the two FINALLY arrived and I decided to keep it - it wasn’t amazing but it was o.k. Another email arrives offering me £3 off a different order in place of the out of stock bush. I replied yet again, just a refund please! I was then told a refund had been issued. No refund arrived. I asked again and was told it would be issued urgently - guess what? No refund!
Dreadful customer service - I would suggest you avoid this company at all cost!

A great product.

The item was as described, not “near enough”. The shipping was reasonably fast and was easy to track.
When it arrived, it was well packaged and easy to open.
The wind vane itself was easy to assemble and very easy to mount.
I will use again.
