Don't expect this seller to follow their own policies if you're unhappy with the product.

The item arrived and I felt it looked cheap. I contacted the seller to return the item for a full refund as per their returns policy.

After WEEKS of contact, I still haven't been given a return address nor a full refund. I've been told that as it's not faulty, I can't return it. Here is the returns policy from their own website.

We believe in making the return process as easy as possible for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without any questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
You must request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Good quality and a nice gift

I ordered a couple of Christmas Tree tealight holders as gifts for family members. The candle light against the metal made the room so christmassy and cosy. Nice size too and good quality. A nice and different type of gift

Placed an order with Beckymetal because…

Placed an order with Beckymetal because it looked to be UK based. However I then received an e-mail with tracking information indicting the product I ordered had been dispatched and was coming directly from China. This suggests a protracted shipping process. I ordered the product for someone’s birthday in early February. It remains to be seen whether it will be received in time.
So long as you are aware of this and the product is satisfactory to you this may not concern you.
Item now received and as described and good quality. Well packaged. Delivery time less than anticipated hence review upgraded from 2 to 4 Stars. I would purchase again from this Website.

Excellent product and service

After I placed my order there was plenty of communication regarding when it was going to be delivered. As this was a Christmas present for my wife this was very welcomed. I received it well in advance of when I thought I would.

It arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as shown and described on the website. Most importantly my wife was delighted when she opened it on Christmas day.

I would have no concerns about ordering from Beckymetal again.

Not as described - DO NOT USE

Items are not stained glass nor do they allow much light through the glass print.
Returns are becoming increasingly difficult to get despite their policy starting an easy and hassle free process.
2 months on and 100 emails from them only stating they will compensate a fraction of the cost due to their operational costs...

Over the moon with my purchases, which were all for Christmas presents.
The recipients were equally over the moon on receiving them. So much so they have asked for your name as they would like to order some other things from you.
Quality was superb and I was kept fully up to date with delivery time. Well in time for Christmas.

Ordered 2 items early December

Ordered 2 items early December. 1 item was delivered on Xmas eve. Very nice and good quality.
The 2nd item was apparently ‘lost’ by Evri, I have correspondence stating this. Emailed BeckyMetal who have not responded even though the website says you will get a reply within 24hrs.
Very poor customer service which is a shame because I had wanted to order more of their products but will now look elsewhere.
