Refund agreed but not issued.

I purchased a 'stained glass suncatcher', but it was too opaque to allow sunlight through it and so it does not function as described.

After contacting BeckyMetal to request a return, they offered and agreed to in writing to a partial refund, which I accepted. However, the refund was never issued, and the seller stopped responding to my follow-up emails (3 sent) regarding the return/refund.

This is very disappointing and I will be raising as a dispute with my bank if this is not resolved. I would not purchase from this seller again.

Order gone missing and no contact from Beckymetal.

I placed an order of three items on 9th December 2025 as a Christmas present for a friend. As the contact details on the Beckymetal website state United Kingdom, I assumed I was dealing with a U.K. based company. Only when the items were not delivered did I realise the items are despatched from China. They used Evri for the U.K. leg of the delivery but Evri have admitted to losing the parcel. Evri will not help me as they say I must contact Beckymetal. I have sent Backymetal acknowledgement from Evri that they have lost the parcel but Beckymetal are not responding to my emails. I have asked for either replacement items or a refund but have heard nothing from Backymetal. I can find no evidence of the company on the Government Companies House website, suggesting they are not a U.K. company. Beckymetal states that delivery and insurance (should something go wrong) is covered by them. I fear this company is not who they report to be and that Beckymetal do not honour the commitments they state on the website.

Update 13/01/26 - The package unexpectedly eventually turned up. I suspect Evri mis delivered it and it was returned or they eventually found it somewhere. Beckmetal have made contact today but It’s just a shame the long delivery time, then lost delivery by Evri, lack of help from Evri and slow communication from Beckymetal made the buying experience very stressful.

Ordered a sun catcher for a Christmas present in enough time for it to arrive however it arrived later than said. I’ve tried to email with my tracking number to get a refund but have had no response back

I have been trying to get a response…

I have been trying to get a response from beckymetal.com e mailed 3 times and no response until I put a negative review on here. My email with order number and tracking number disappeared, and the one that I sent after my complaint is different from the original. I was promised delivery in 7 to 9 days but according to my new tracking number the items are still in China and haven't moved since 3rd January. I seriously wouldn't buy ANYTHING from this company. I tried using the e mail provided by them and it says that it is invalid.

Beckymetals delivery

Beckymetals, follow up to my last review, I was not aware this item was coming from China, it was ordered on Dec 7th for a Christmas present, and I received it on Jan 6th!! My tracking number didn’t work until it was with Evri, who gave me a delivery date, then changed it on the day!
I am pleased with my purchase, but would not buy again due to the time involved for delivery.

The vane box was not completely opened…

The vane box was not completely opened until 25/12/2025, as it was a Xmas present. Found two broken bits in the box! Looks like someone had tried to put it together.
I have emailed the company but so far no response! Very disappointed ☹️

Beautiful artwork

When I placed the order, I didn’t realise it was coming from China. I worried that a) I wouldn’t receive it and b) it wouldn’t arrive in time as it was a Xmas present for family. When it arrived , I was so pleased with it. It was beautiful and the family members loved it. I am now thinking of purchasing one for myself.

Item and company great, delivery service not so

The article ordered was just as expected, it is well made and substantial. The person who recieved it for Christmas is thrilled with their present.
The company were excellent in providing delivery times etc and kept us well informed by email. We are highly satisfied with this side of the purchase.
However the company used to deliver the item, not so. Daily we recieved emails telling us it eould be delivered soon and asking where our safe place was. We replied each time that we have a secure box attached to our fence. This is visible and well used. However, the delivery person chose instead to throw the item over our 6' locked gate.
I was very apprehensive that the item would be damaged.

A very pleasing experience.

The weather vane and two hanging brackets were bought as a Christmas present. They were dispatched promptly, well packaged and received on time despite being sent to an area of Cornwall where deliveries are spasmodic. The recipient were delighted with them - praising the quality and the designs. They liked them so much that they asked for details as to where to buy more.

Beautiful suncatchers

I bought 3 suncatchers 2 for gifts and 1 for myself. I was slightly worried having never ordered from this company before and it was a while coming so I sent an email and was assured it was on the way and was kept up to date with the order in transit. I was so happy with my order they were stunning and I'll have absolutely no worries ordering from Beckymetal again. If you're looking for something different and excellent quality I'd definitely recommend Beckymetal.
