Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They claim to have free returns and a money back guarantee but these are just lies. Item arrived broken and unusable. They offered a £3 refund on a £13 item.
Requested full refund and a prepaid label for return.
They increased refund offer to £6
They have just ignored my requests so I did a full chargeback through PayPal.

SUN CATCHERS.

Was dreading what was going to turn up after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasently surprised. They are not authentic stained glass suncatchers, as described, but they are not cheap looking either. They are actually reasonably good quality and look really effective in the window. Honestly, I was expecring a lot worse.
Delivery time is poor, they took approx 3 weeks to arrive and they imply they are a UK based company which is misleading and deceitful as they are shipped from China. Cant massively fault the products I eventually received though.

Shocking experience so far!

Ordered as a Christmas present with an estimated delivery date of 13th - 20th December. As of today (22nd December) I have nothing to show for my money, a tracking number which yields nothing as it is incorrect and a Facebook response to somebody's awesome review having been removed.
I have not received any response to my email asking where my oder is, and the removed comment was merely a request for the poster to explain how the quality of service was 'great'.
The website shows many of the items pictured in typical English Country Gardens, being held by white Caucasian people and no hint at having their origin in China. This is shocking!

Sewing machine sun catcher

Ordered the sewing machine sun catcher as a Christmas gift. It is beautiful and I am sure my sister will love it. The quality and colours are excellent. The delivery information was accurate. Would definitely recommend.

Long delivery

Didnt recieve my order for over 5 weeks as hadn't realised items come from China. Contacted company and have received a partial refund due to the delay. When items arrived, well packed and good quality as described.

Shocking company practices. Do not use.

Absolutely shocking customer service. The item was never delivered to my address. The courier has acknowledged this. And stated that it is your responsibility to refund. They are correct. I engaged with the company via multiple emails where they tried to fob me off with a “compensation payment” of less than 1/4 of what I spent. As it stands I am out of pocket through no fault of my own. PayPal are of the opinion that as long as it was delivered somewhere that’s good enough for them. Absolutely disgusting.

I received an email from Beckymetal in December advising a full refund would be issued immediately and have cleared in my account within 7 days.
Surprise, Surprise, nothing received.
The bank however issued (an almost) immediate refund so l can only reiterate my earlier message of REQUEST A CHARGEBACK FROM YOUR BANK

Would love to receive some goods to comment on

The goods have not arrived within or later than the delivery time advertised. Am still waiting. The tracking has stopped and they have ignored all my 5 emails. The company is Chinese but gives Dunstable England as its address. Just lies and misinformation and total disregard for the customer. Would it hurt to reply to an email at least.

Ordered 3 items on 26th November. I have chased EVRI several times, saying they looking into it. Email from Evri on the 15th dec to say can't find it, so it must be lost, the same day I contacted Beckymetal on their site and on a seperate email No replies. VERY POOR ALL ROUND.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered a metal sculpture on 7th December only to be told 4 days later that the item is out of stock. Replied to ask them for a refund and got no response at all so I opened a PayPal case. Won the case. Won’t be buying from them again as they seem to be based in China and getting a response off them is hard. Avoid.
