Bought a Beko fridge with freezer drawers from curry’s at Meadowhall retail park, the bottom drawer was damaged and after much going back and forth (inc photos of the damage) they agreed to send a new replacement drawer which has arrived today HOWEVER, they have sent us a basket for inside, not the drawer itself!! We are totally frustrated and fed up, the lack of customer aftercare from Beko is appalling, I wish I could take the whole fridge back and park it in the shop!!

I bought the Monster dog toy for Rueben a mild mature Labrador based marketing information. The product is poor quality with Unfortunately the fabric U-Binding that outlines the figure breaking after only gentle play.
One to completely avoid as not suitable!

We have just bought a Beco tumble drier. Not used yet but looks fine. Its paperwork includes an invitation to register for a 10 year parts guarantee. When I go to the site stated and click [Activate Guarantee] I get taken to a page that offers 3 links to seemingly irrelevant websites. (They also offer a phone number that I shall use after the weekend)
