Chaudary Saim was a very good customer service representative , he helped me to replace the mattress i order very easily, a very friendly and helpful person.

I wish I'd have read these reviews first, no instructions, wrong legs, happy to take your money then you can't get hold of them, FUMING DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Absolutely Terrible, rubbish customer service! Received a bed with no instructions whatsoever!the delivery men were very rude. Company is rubbish! Don’t use this company unless you like to watch YouTube videos on how to put your bed together! And u enjoy rubbish customer service with no call backs! Take your money somewhere else!!!

I ordered a bed over a week ago, they have taken my money but I've heard no more from them!

Absolutely appalling company - keep clear!
Bought and paid for a bed- delivery arranged and the night before was told that it was not in stock - alternatives offered - of which I refused.
I had to request a refund and was told I would have to wait 10 days! The bed incidentally remains for sale on the website ? I would be able to order and pay again . Customer service is atrocious - they do not respond to emails and not answering the phone Have tried for 40 minutes today - without anyone answering Never buy from this company again!

Don't know how you've managed to carry on trading. No response to e mails. Phones cut you off saying they can't take your call right now. I informed you yesterday and again today that I want my money back and I've cancelled my order within the legally entiltled 14 day cooling off period. Put claim back into bank. I am now going to contact trading standards. Appalling way to take people's hard earned money and change delivery 4 times.

Going from bad to worse...
I left a review yesterday which was responded to via Trustpilot but not with a phone call or a response to my emails.
How do you have time to reply to Trustpilot but NOT customers?!
I am claiming a refund via PayPal and will be contacting Trading Standards.
You confirmed delivery and despatch by text yesterday at 09:50
You then emailed at 16:29 saying you didn't have the bed in stock and to allow another 28+ days for delivery.
You offered 2 alternatives, one of which I accepted.
I have called you over 30 times, sent many emails and you have IGNORED my contact.
The Parcel ID is oTTf951oWd
The oder number contains my name and postcode which is not suitable for a public forum.
You have my name and all of my details on your system.
Should you rectify this and at the very least call me, I am willing to amend this review.

Absolute scam of a company. We placed our order online and the delivery information was all there at check out stating free delivery. We then got an text message and email asking us to pick a delivery slot but when we went onto premier deliveries link we were unable to select the time slot so I went to online chat for advice where I was then told that the delivery charge was £69.99 for my postcode. Although this is stated in the terms and conditions (was made aware of this when I went a searched the fine print) this once not once made clear during the purchase, further more I was informed I would have to ring a charged landline number to pay for the delivery over the phone which meant giving my card details over the phone, not very secure. When I asked to cancel the order I was then informed the only way I could do that was to ring another charged for landline number. So basically the company advertises cheap prices then once you pay, informs you of a massive delivery charge with an insecure way to pay for it and if you decide to cancel you are still out money because they charge you for the phone call to cancel. Far better using a different company who's prices seem a little more expensive but are upfront and honest about other charges. Plus I was waiting for 40mins on the phone (I tried calling twice), dreading my phone bill :(... I am out money and without a purchase, SCAM
