If I could rate this 10 stars I would do so gladly!!! Ordered 4 duvet covers, all queen. One was out of stock so after contacting me to let me know and apologize for my inconvenience, with my approval, they sent it in king and also sent me another duvet set! Not one of the cheaper ones! All were VERY good quality! Was less than 5 days to receive from the time I placed my order! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

First I paid extra shipping costs to have it delivered in 7-10 days
After numerous attempts to reach them after 15 days had passed I finally got a tracking number then I received my item 10 more days later
The item doesn’t look anything like the picture now I’m stuck with a $50 shower curtain that I wouldn’t hang in a dog house

I would not purchase from this company! They forgot the clips to fit my seats in an I emailed them an It's been almost a year of back an forth in emails an never did they send me the missing clips. Also the 2 fronts didn't fit my seats an they said they would either send clips or let me get a refund but now their email address is no good so I'm just screwed at this point😒 an I'm so mad I paid over 300 for these damn things for nothing😡😤

I totally understand the frustration from everyone I ordered my car seats covers and yes I was waiting long time like 2 months I thought they scam me but ones I got them I am very pleased. Let's just be honest were you can order custom made seats for that price? ... before I purchase from beddinginn I was doing my research but even I found some companies in USA the price was high with no design at all just one style with options for different colors. Amazon have some nice designs car seats covers but the point it if they not custom made for your car and they are universal they will never look good in your car no matter how much you try... so if you have patience then I highly recommend this company they not scam or don't need your 200 usd to be shut down..with the colors of the pictures it may be sometimes tricky I always check if someone posted pictures in reviews under but that's issues with all Chinese websites it can be hit or miss.

Don’t order from these guys! They will steal your money. I placed my order and I never got anything. They do not even respond to my emails or anything.

There goes down the drain $250.All I wanted was brown leather seat covers.

Didn't sign up to emails and their unsubscibe button on the email never works. I have tried on every email.

This Company is Unethical. They didn't have the item I originally ordered. Even though it read in stock. They waited too long a period to notify me. Then I substituted the unavailable item with another choice. When i received item it was completely wrong item and even color. The return cost me 25.usd. The return has to be in the original "unopened" packaging or Not Acceptable! I opened only a small corner to see wrong item. After that they only returned 70% of my money. Lost over 100. Usd. Too much time spent on a Horrible experience. I strongly recommend buyers avoid Beddinginn or beware of the risk.

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from this cowboy company. I ordered taps costing just over £200 and added expedited shipping as I needed them quickly and this promised delivery with 8 days. The taps arrived 16 days after I placed the order, them I was slapped with a fedex custom bill of £70. The taps arrived with no instructions which were promised to be emailed through when I requested them, this was 7 days ago and they've still not arrived. Despite this I worked out how to fit the taps but they LED light feature does not work. I have emailed and sent messenger complaint regarding this and how to rectify 5 times in the last 4 days but receive no response.

Do not purchase from this site oroyalcars.com they are both expensive scams. I spent 200 on what we’re supposed to be custom fit leather seat covers, they not only didn’t fit my car at all but weren’t even leather and now I am stuck with them and they will not return product, nor will PayPal work with me to get my money back. Don’t put yourself through this.

Wow I am shocked to read the reviews ..I bought a doona set 5yrs ago from Beddinginn..Arrived within a few weeks and great quality...
Im still using it for my bed...
I was just about to order 2 new sets, but after reading the reviews, I am now reconsidering...
I really feel for all of you that have been ripped off...
Maybe I was just lucky..

I ordered a $51 twin bed set and only received the sheets and pillow cases. Contacted customer service, who was rude as heck, and they refused to send me the item I paid for. Went back and forth with them for a month and they told me they could offer me $15 since I was "refusing to cooperate." Since I was getting nowhere with "customer service" I opened a case with Paypal. Beddinginn then emailed me and told me they'd send the item if I closed the case with Paypal. Lol. Nope, not falling for that, so I kept the case open and they sent Paypal a supposed tracking number to prove that they sent the item as promised. Another few weeks went by and when I checked the tracking number it said that it had arrived at my house and that I signed for it when I in fact did not. I called the carrier (DHL) and they checked their records and said that they had proof that the item was never even sent. I relayed this info to Paypal and they came through for me and closed the case in my favor, which included a full refund. Thank goodness. Beddinginn is a freaking scam.

I ordered car seat covers on 5/8/21. When I ordered them, I questioned why would I pay $30.00 for shipping that arrives in 30 days? Yesterday was the 21st and the package was on the DHL truck for delivery. Coincidentally, I took a day off from work so I was home all day. The tracking showed the package out for delivery that day. The DHL driver calles and ask what my apartment was. I explained that i live in a private house and that i would be outside in 10 seconds. I got outside and the driver was nowhere to be found. That is because he was never in the area. I used to work for Lasership. I know the trick this driver pulled. He fabricated an error with my address and i am willing to bet you that he did it with numerous packages. He creates an address exception ( which means he makes it appear the package has the wrong address) so that he can go home early on Friday. He truck GPS will show that at the time he made that call his truck was not near my address. So, while the package appears to have arrived early the delivery service pulled a scam and i want a refunf for my $27.00 shipping fee.

RIPOFF!!! I BOUGHT SEAT COVERS FOR MY CAR. I ENTERED IN THE YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL OF MY CAR TO INSURE THAT THEY WOULD BE COMPATIBLE. WHEN I RECEIVED THE COVERS IT WAS APPARENT THAT THE BACK SEAT COVERS WERE NOT COMPATIBLE. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE SELLER TO LET THEM KNOW. AFTER GETTING THE RUN AROUND FOR A FEW DAYS, I REQUESTED A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND REFUND. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. I CALLED DHL TO INQUIRE HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA AND IT WAS 250.00. THE SEAT COVERS WERE 175.00. THEY KNOW NO ONE IS FOOLISH ENOUGH TO SHIP ITEMS BACK AT THOSE PRICES. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

They have a fantastic selection of seat covers. I ordered a set of blue and white faux leather seat covers for my PT Cruiser because they have a 50's street rod custom upholstery look. I was prepared to wait based on other reviews. I received them in about 4 weeks which is good turnaround considering they come directly from China. They were well worth the wait and are just as pictured. Beautiful high quality.

This is the worst online website I have ever used. They were so rude and so unwilling to help me return items I purchased that didn't even fit my car!! They didn't even give me close to my full refund amount I paid 200 and only got a refund of 120. They basically said, oh well. So rude.

Ordered Slider door covers on 4/1/2021 its now 5/7/2021. I've messaged them twice in 2 weeks and have no reply back. Just placed a cancel order message in today. In 2 days if I don't receive a reply I'm going to my credit card and charge them with fraud.

Just as others have said, I wish I could give them negative stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a duvet for my son with a motorcycle on it, nice royal blue colors and I get a totally different duvet! The picture in the bag I received is the correct one but when I opened it, totally different. It had 2 bikes on there, not even very colorful at all and the pillow cases were not as they should have been. They started “negotiating” with me right away, asking if I would accept $15 and keep it. They kept trying that and after I repeatedly told them I wanted a full refund, they said, “If you don’t cooperate with us,” yeah, they said that. I am leaving a BBB review, I suggest anyone do this that has experienced the same thing. I cannot even tell you how livid I am!

I ordered seat covers on March 21st 2021, and did not receive a confirmation email. However, when I emailed them, they responded within 24 hours and said once the covers were made in about 6 days, I would get a tracking number. I got the number in 5 days, and the covers arrived a day earlier than expected on Monday April 5th, so they arrived about 2 weeks from the order date. We haven't put them on yet, but they look well made with good materials. The only reason I docked a star was because on the site the blue trim looked like bright blue, and the ones we received were a very subdued, darker blue, almost Navy. The logo was bright blue. Some may prefer this, however I was a bit disappointed. Not enough to return them however. The price was a fraction of what I would have to pay elsewhere, so I'm happy.

Very bad. Purchased seat covers, wrong item received and torn. Keep getting emails trying to give a cheap discount and send another front seat cover. It's like they purposely annoy you so that u will just drop questioning and keep what they chose for you. Don't buy from them no 800 number.

Very annoying company. They keep sending me an emails every day 2 - 3 times. There is a button where is written unsubscribe, but when I'm trying to unsubscribe the link doesn't work. I emailed them 2-3 times to stop sending me emails, the answer from them it was completely different, not even the person mentioned to unsubscribe me. Gosh I'm trying on their website to close my account, it's not option for that. If they don't stop with these emails I have to report them.
