This is a scam website. It sure looks legit but it isn't and you should beware. Ordered seat covers over a month ago and even received an email from them that they had been shipped. No, I used the tracking number and went to the actual UPS site and turns out they were never shipped. 4 emails sent, no response, 2 complaints registered on the site, no response. Forget about calling them, the phone number is a fake!
I have filed a dispute with AMEX about this and they have frozen my payment. Beware and don't do business with this site!!

i ordered some seat cover from those ppl. and it s been 2 months , never receive anything. i emailed customer service few weeks ago, no answer. this is a scam, those ppl should be reported and put behind bars. and now their system is telling that my order number is wrong. smh!

I really wanted O stars. This company is a scam. Been waiting 2 months for my seat covers. No updated shipping since July 16 when out said it has past through customs. Have been trying to contact beddinginn and no response. I contacted my bank and thru gave me my refund. Company SUCKS. Don not order from them.

I would have given zero stars. Seat covers have a weird smell. Not all in uniform. Took 3 months to get. Oh and they look horrible. DO NOT BUY.......

I ordered a duvet cover set, only received part of it. I've been trying for 4 months now to get the rest with no success. TOTAL SCAM SITE STAY AWAY DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING

AUG 31, 2020 UPDATE: I received my seat covers. Their arrival was a complete surprise to me, because I wasn't expecting them. Especially given that I'd already been refunded by PayPal as a result of the dispute claim I opened, and it has been over 2 months since I placed the order. And while the seat covers are fine and in my car as I type this, I still wouldn't buy from Beddinginn. As cute as the covers are (and they do make me giggle when I look at them) the entire experience wasn't worth it. I still don't recommend shopping with Beddinginn, but I felt it only fair to update this review to at least resolve the "product never arrived" issue.

Like a lot of folks here, I ordered car seat covers back in late June/early July. I received a shipping notification with a UPS tracking number in early July. But every time I checked the status, there were no updates beyond "A shipment is ready for UPS." After about 2 weeks of no shipping updates, and some online research into Beddinginn, I saw that MANY people complained about never receiving their orders. So I immediately opened a dispute with PayPal. Within 24 hours of opening the dispute, I received an email from Beddinginn apologizing for the negative experience; saying they shipped out my seat covers but that it would take about 15 days to arrive because I chose some super saver shipping option (whatever); and asking me to close the dispute with PayPal. Ha! Close the dispute? Fat chance. Beddinginn continued to send me apology emails — all written the same way — saying that someone would be in touch with me within 48 hours. No one got in touch with me. Ever. It's now Aug 3, 2020, and still no seat covers. PayPal has decided in my favor and refunded me the $160 I spent. So I'm grateful for that. Do not buy from this company. I repeat, in all caps: DO_NOT_BUY_FROM_THIS_COMPANY.

Ordered car seat covers 2 months ago and have not received an official tracking email on my order. Cannot find any status on the order on their website. I send an email inquire through their site and they say to please be patient, the item has shipped by china post and give a tracking number. 10 days later I check the tracking number again and there has been no change. I email them again asking for a refund only to be told to be patient again and they give me a sceenshot showing the updated tracking. I check tracking 10 days later again and it hasn't changed from the screenshot they gave me. This place is a scam....I will be submitting a dispute through paypal for my refund

I order leather seats cover for my car. At the beginning I saw a professional website(looks like not fake). So I didn't pay attention to reviews. BUT right after I paid, I accepted to receive a confirmation, BUT I DIDN'T FOR FEW DAYS. I started to worry and reading reviews on Google. And the was very BAD. So I start to send them emails but they didn't answer, so I wad about to cansel pay pal transaction. But after maybe 1 week, they sent me confirmation and apologized for any inconvenience. I received an item very fast , maybe in a week and a half. I'm very happy with the seats covers. Goo quality (way better then if you buy from Walmart) custom made for my Toyota chr. Two front seats Fits perfectly. The back row, its not one piece(so its not like perfect fit) its 4 different pieces and you combine them together. But still looks very good. In general, I think it is a good store, BUT THEY NEED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL IN SENDING CONFIRMATIONS TO COCTUMERS RIGHT AWAY ( NOT IN FEW DAYS).

I ordered a complete set of seat covers for my new vehicle. I recieved them super fast and they were just as advertised. Great quality with a perfect fit!!

Ordered over a month ago and asked for tracking, no answer, now the page turns white when l click tracking, there not answering my e mails.. l guess l lost my 150$$ gonna go to my bank to report fraud

Ordered over 2 month ago still haven't received my order. They wont let me cancel it and give me a refund. I filed a complaint with federal trade commission. I hope they will regret to start a fight with me. They can cancel the order and intercept the delivery. Its not hard. I hope they will get what they deserve

Worst experience ever! Almost 3 months and I still do not have my order that I paid for on 5/11/2020....they they act like it’s no big deal! Never will I use this company again!

I've been battling back-and-forth with them for over 2 months now. I understand shipping and Covid precautions. That was not my issue.
I opened a dispute with PayPal since they sent the wrong product and deny sending the wrong product I sent pictures of their invoice complete with a picture of the product ordered and pictures of the product that they sent. Worst experience ever. They offered a small fraction of a refund I paid $154.35 they offered $40. They offered I can keep the product. Favorite peated Lee requested that I stopped the dispute with pay pal. There is no purpose to do that since they'd never fulfilled their obligation.
Do yourself a favor ....

I ordered car seat covers May 9th it is now July 9th. On June 24th, after threatening legal action, I received an email with a bogus tracking number saying I should receive my order within 7-9 days. Still have not gotten my order. I am calling my bank and requesting a refund. Do not trust this company.

I placed my order in May and it is now June 31st, and I still hadn't received my packages that I ordered. This is my second review that I have left and have left them several messages regarding the matter, and they say just please being patient with them. O have not been able to track any of the packages that I ordered. I'm thinking of calling my bank and ask them for a credit since I cant get in contact with this company or its customer service department.

I ordered some cover seats for a 2006 acura mdx on June 15th and have not received any email with tracking number. I will be going through my bank to dispute after reading all these reviews. This company doesn't seem legit.

Should have never ordered from these crooks. It been 2 months and no confirmation email or no way to track. I guess I lost 150 bucks of hard earned money. These people should be charged for fraud. Negative 5 stars for my experience.

When you order they won't send it to you waiting a month and haven't gotten it yet don't buy anything from them

I ordered red custom floor mats for my car $255 and I haven't received it yet. It's going on two weeks! Where is my order? I can't track it or anything!
