Customer Service wins the day
When my duck feather mattress toppers arrived the packages smelled fousty. I opened one and the stench of mold and damp was unbearable. The packages stank out the room I left them in. I emailed 2 different addresses without response but since then I have been contacted, received postage paid for to return the defective items and assurance that the replacements will be perfect.

There was a slight hiccup because I was not given the reference number I needed to track delivery of items ordered, but this was quickly rectified when I contacted Bedding Royal. The items bought were of good quality and a reasonable price.
