We ordered a heritage 5500 mattress and it is faulty very uncomfortable and it has sacked in the middle my partner is disabled so he as not had a good night sleep customer service is terrible they say they are going to exchange been trying for well over a year to get exchanged or money back now they just don't answer my calls or text totally unprofessional do not buy from this company.

Ordered the heritage 5500 ordered from Facebook was a bit sceptical as price was low, but have to say absolutely fabulous service from start to mattress arriving and have to say both myself and hubby have had the best sleep ever. No more aches and pains on wake up excellent 👌

Brought the heritage 5500 pillow top 6 months ago its lumpy in the middle and sinking at the sides i sent the pictures they asked for it's got a 5 year warranty on it but now theres a problem with it they dont really want to no have screen shot every conversation but they only send automated response but now there blocked me so I have gone to trade and standard I am in my right to have this sorted trade and standard as told me to ask them to replace the mattress but i cant they blocked me when i asked about a new bed base they could not leave me alone 🤣 now I want help from Bed Heist I want a different mattress I will be taking it further with trade and standard if I have heard from you and please unblock me am sleeping on a crap sinking lumpy mattress that only 6 months old and new condition very unhappy customer

Absolutely love my gel mattress don't want to get out of bed in the morning's. Think I got you another couple of orders. Great service from beginning to end, also had a courtesy call from a lovely lady to see if mattress was OK

I bought a bed and mattress from Bedheist last July (2021). Communication at first was great with them agreeing to me buying a Teal coloured bed and heritage 5500 mattress. I also purchased, with the agreement that they would collect later if I changed my mind, a storage box in the same colour. Delivery was made 5 hours late at 9.30 at night, in the rain so a bit of a rush to avoid any rain damage. Colour was completely wrong. It’s bright turquoise! After only a few weeks the mattress started dipping in areas. Can’t use it now so a complete waste of money and no response from the company.

Bought the 5500 mattress what a pile of rubbish dipped in the middle after a week contacted them and was told I didn’t buy it off them what a waste of money better paying more and buying from a reputable retail not rouge traders

Bought 1 of their so called best mattresses.. Its the worst mattress ever.. Reported this to the company... They said they would send some1 out as ive explained to them the mattress is faulty - dipping even sent pictures to prove this been waiting months for some1 to come out to look... Obv no1 has been as promised and im left with a faulty mattress.... Shocking customer service! Only interested in taking peoples money.. Since this review they have blocked me from they facebook page.... Says it all... AVOID!!

Very good communication from the company. Delivered within 5 days of ordering. I ordered the 5500 gel topped mattress and it is very comfy! I was a bit sceptical of ordering online but the response back and forth with the company made me feel more confident.

So comfy and good value, highly recommend!

Order the 5500 gel mattress it came the very next day and is really comfortable would highly recommend

i bought a bed via facebook from a" bedheist " seller who had very good feedback. I paid for a King size bed 5'0 Rio bed . unfortunaly the bed is 138 cm, so they sent me a double bed and I paid £100 more than the cost of a double bed. then the seller lied that this bed is Kingsize ( definitely is double ) although other people I asked were given a 150 cm bed for kingsize ]. the seller promised me to return £ 100
- massage me " As a good gesture we can refund you difference of king and double size" later he lied that he had problems with the bank and now they do not want to return the money after everything was agreed . We also received from them different style bed than we chose ,it's not Rio bed frame because looks different .
the bed has also a defect ,because the button is missing and they did not send me any, but asking me for address for send spare button . I feel very cheated ,people are very rude and do not want to give back money for the bed which It turned out to be double and I paid for Kingsize . the seller does not answer and ignores calls on the phone and we call but he does not answer. Now they blocked me in Facebook . Really

I bought the kingsize heritage 5500 gel mattress it’s lovely really comfortable affordable fast delivery and great communication.

Ordered a mattress. Delivery was 2 days. Daughter loves the mattress. All the customer service was fantastic and the delivery driver was friendly.

I ordered a mattress,it could not be delivered by the date I asked for so asked for my deposit back but still not got anything. I am now taking legal action
