Advised bed needed made so would be 3-4 weeks we were fine with that as unable to take delivery until Mid April. So we then paid deposit and was told would need to be delivered this week which we were unable to do as both working the salesman Very pushy wouldn’t recommend

If I could leave a zero I would. I placed an order for a bedframe and mattress on the 8th March. I paid £945. which left my bank the same day. I have just chased them up to see when we will be getting it delivered as they say 5-7 working days and I haven't heard and need to make arrangements. I got a call from an Asian speaking man, who wasn't that clear telling me that they have a computer at their end which rejected the payment as I had paid on my credit card and they picked up there might be a problem with the payment? after a further conversation it was clear that they didn't like credit card payments as they offer guarantees to the consumer which is why I used it in the first place having not experienced this company before! I explained that it had already gone through and that I had completed a security check with my bank, he confirmed they do take credit card payments but they wouldn't take mine??? So basically he offered to take my order on a current account card. At this point they already have £945 of my money which was received by them and he is estimating it will take 3-5 working days for my money to be put back in my account. it has scam all over it!!! absolutely shocking I'm livid!!!

I had my doubts about ordering from a business I've not heard of before but WOW..am I glad I put my trust in Bed Heist!
From the start they helped answer all my questions and put my mind at ease about placing an order. I initially only looked for info on the 5500 gel pillow top mattress but I then discovered the range of beds too.
We only had to pay a small deposit and the rest is paid on delivery. It took a while longer than expected for delivery (estimated at 4-7days) due to national fuel shortage but our daughter couldn't be happier with her new bed and mattress. The price was much lower/cheaper than most retailers so I wasn't sure of what quality to expect but it is fantastic..sturdy build,minimal assembly and so comfortable.so far it's the best sleep by far (currently only had the bed/mattress for 5 days) and supportive of joints and back. Definitely recommend others to check out Bed Heist before considering anywhere else.

Matress dipped after 2 weeks. Absalute pile of crap blocked me on all platforms. I bought a kingsize and it's just me I'm only 10 stone! Don't waste your money

Ordered a king bedframe which when set up was warped so the bed creaked. When I told the company they completely blocked me on all platforms. Now taking legal action after giving them several chances

AVOID THIS COMPANY..
I was daft enough to believe all the 5* reviews on the website site and Facebook page.I bought the heritage gel mattress from them and it collapsed after 8 days..I messaged the company to tell them and was blocked from all contact..total waste of £270...I have reported this company to rogue traders and trading standards...DO NOT BUY
