Avoid at all costs, we order 3 mattresses and beds,

They overly wrapped them to hide the smell of the mattresses as they smelled of bad damp odour and rotten cigarettes,

I tried to contact the seller who I dealt with via phone to be blocked,
Absolute disgrace of a company never by of market place for beds cheap and tacky

We have several terrible experiences with Bedland. Bedland brought our new bed on 27-07-2024. One day later the bed was not functioning anymore (bent frame). My husband could not sleep normally for 33 nights, because we had to wait 33 days for the repair. One week after this repair the bed had a severe problem again, so it didn’t function again. Now we had to wait 24 days for the repair. Afther 5 days again we again had, now 2, problems. We had to go back to abroad within a few days, so we told in the shop about the problems, made films to show the problems and told that we would be back at the beginning of Januari. When we came back the 3rd of Januari the repair was still not planned. This time we had to wait 43 days for someone to come to repair. Unfortunately again without any result. The bed is still not repaired, because they did not have the right material. We are desperate and very angry at the moment. Even Bedland in Madrid sofar never responded on our e-mail. If we knew everything in advance…..

From when I placed my order, for king size bed, I was kept informed, of when it was being delivered, we are very pleased with our new bed, couldn't fault the service, would highly recommend, service brilliant
