Delivered a damaged bed never noticed until the delivery man had left, messaged them and they asked for picture and video evidence which was sent over only to then be ignored. A week of having the bed the mattress has holes in it very poorly made! Raised this with them again asked for video evidence which was sent over again ignored. They respond within minutes when placing and order and wanting deposits off you though.
Total Misrepresentation!
I had to give a star rating, but there wasn't one for a "0" rating! My response is the same as the one posted by "KP Keepsakes" on 25 August 2025. I too bought through Debenhams. Original price was showing as £1,017.00, discounted in their sale to just over £300. The photograph of the bed looked lovely but, as we all know, looks can be deceiving. Definitely sold "a pup" and I want to return and get a complete refund. Never again will I purchase anything from Bedsland, that's for sure!

Rotten! The bed is as good as their customer service. damaged bed, ordered through Debenhams and getting any sort of reply is laughable. Two odd bases, legs mean that you cant clip together, faulty pin for feet, dirty holey mattress. Just not worth your hard earned cash.

Delivery - item (super king ottoman base) was not delivered to stated time frame. When delivery was confirmed, after many failed attempts to get anyone to respond and on eve of delivery, I discovered it was being sent to billing address rather than delivery address 100 miles away.
Item - was delivered by a solitary driver so I needed to assist carrying this very heavy item. After opening package item found to be damaged and missing parts. I immediately contacted Bedsland and eventually managed to talk to someone who then made an agreement to refund 20% cost, supply a “patch” for damaged area plus a missing part; they also gave me a different phone number to use for text communication/ ongoing dialogue
Communication/ Customer service - very hard to get hold of anyone - almost always goes to a full mailbox. The new number texting worked as a means of communication but became very bizarre. I was repeatedly told of dates when all this would be done eg next week, tomorrow, 24 hours, this afternoon etc but all of these came and went with no progress and I felt I was just being strung along until I gave up
Progress - because of above I went through PayPal’s dispute then claim process - PayPal found in my favour and I received the refund that had been agreed. I also received notification by text at approx 11pm from Bedsland that I was to receive a replacement bedbase next day (which I didn’t want) and that I would get 30mins notice of the delivery. This occurred and after much unloading/ loading of the old/new items I realised that it was in fact a smaller bed base being delivered, and it was only after that that the solitary driver discovered all he was delivering was a footboard (the patch) so we needed to switch all the items around again. I have to say that although a mistake had been made here, the driver was very good natured, patient and helpful
Overall - I felt very frustrated by the whole affair and it is difficult to see anything good about it. I would not recommend this company
Don’t waste your money
I ordered a bed on May 9th with 2-day express delivery. As the days dragged on with no delivery, I tried to cancel the order multiple times — only to be told each time that it had “already been dispatched.”
This went on for weeks, with no clear tracking info and no real confirmation that the bed had actually left their warehouse. Despite my cancellation requests, they refused to honour them — effectively forcing me to take the order.
The bed finally arrived on June 5th, nearly a month later. Yes, the express delivery charge was refunded, but the experience was a complete shambles. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to cancel the order was unacceptable.
If you value your time, money, and the right to cancel an order that clearly hasn’t been fulfilled — shop elsewhere.

Ordered a bed on the 13/05/25 paid extra for 2 day express delivery then was told they don't do that,had a phone call on the 29/05/25 stating my bed would be delivered on the 20/05/25 between 8 and 12 and still no delivery!! I ordered a bed from bedsland via Debenhams last Thursday for my daughter. I have recently had a nightmare trying to get a bed for her and have had to recently report a company due to not bed turning up and receiving no refund so decided to order through a company I knew was legit to avoid going through that again. When I realised the bed was through another supplier I did start to worry that the same thing was going to happen again and after seeing recent reviews on here for both Bedsland and also Debenhams it left me with so much doubt. I received an email from Debenhams to confirm the order and was advised it would arrive within 3-5 working days in which it did. I received a call from the delivery driver on day 4 advising the bed would be with me in 15 mins. I didn’t receive any notification prior to this so it was a bit of a shock as I hadn’t had chance to take her old bed down but it was fine. Great service from the delivery driver who offered to help with getting the bed upstairs etc. The bed is also lovely & my daughter absolutely loves it.

Do not use this company, horrendous. They delivered me a damaged faulty bed. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get it replaced. They aren't responding to emails. Basically they think it's acceptable to leave you with a damaged faulty item. I can't stress enough, do not touch this company

I ordered a bed and mattress from this company, 4 days ago I got an initial email to confirm my order and an invoice, since heard nothing regarding delivery times, so I then read trust pilot reviews and got worried with the negative reviews I had seen, I've been trying to call them repeatedly only to get a mailbox full message then it hangs up, I have emailed them to say I was concerned with some of the negative reviews I had read and was worried as I hadn't heard about delivery, my emails now bounce saying your message wasn't delivered to (companys address)because the address couldn't be found or is unable to recieve email, what kind of company is this!? Like where is my bed or my money back or how do you even contact this company it's impossible and completely unprofessional and dosnt feel entirely legitimate

I was abit sceptical at first as I'd never heard of this bed company before but no regrets! Not only was the bed a bargain, compared to major retailers, The ordering process was easy, got email confirmation, the company then rang me with a delivery date and time slot. On the day the driver rang me to say he was about 15 mins away, bed arrived, exactly what I wanted, thank you very much!

Ordering the bed was easy, they phoned me to let me know that they were coming the day before delivery, the day of the delivery the only time they phoned me is after I had phoned they 3 times before asking where the delivery was the times that they gave me was between 9am and 1pm also I told them that I had school run to do by the time they showed up it was gone 3pm but I was on the school run so in the end they had to put it under the stairs which was not ideal, so not really happy.
