Amazing service from start to finish. We have a completely bespoke and unique octagonal bed. Adam carefully and diligently took exactly measurements and listened to our bespoke needs and has created a masterpiece. Delivery was also painless and white glove service. Would definitely recommend!

We travelled from Leicester to Batley and Mohammed kindly opened for us on a Saturday by appointment. Really knowledgeable and helped us immensely, showing us bespoke designs and styles. For sure, they have quality products!
From order to delivery, Adam kept us updated and booked prompt delivery. The delivery team arrived on time, really efficient, clean and installed the beds as we required.

Just had the Emerald round bed and the felicity mattress delivered and my god it is absolutely unbelievable the bed is beautiful as they come and the mattress is like a cloud. Not to mention how brilliant the service was from the lads aswell.❤️
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I am very happy with my purchases and I highly recommend Adam and Zulfiqar. They were always prompt in replying to me and answering all my questions. My daughters bespoke bed and 2 mattresses were delivered on time in a excellent condition with all the correct paperwork the delivery driver Andy was a great bloke and fitted the bed together as well. Purchasing from Bed Mill was very straightforward. Due to the restrictions as a result of Covid-19 I was unable to visit. However, the team dealt with my purchase in a highly professional manner without me having to leave my home. Many thanks to the team - highly recommended for bespoke beds. Very grateful for the brilliant service from Zulf and honest advice. We ordered 3 beds for our house - with great spec and great price. Same quality as top brands in high street but much better prices. Since then have ordered beds for both sets of parents in London and also another 2 for our new house

All I will say is avoid this company! They have been dishonest and the delivery process has been a nightmare.
