Had to call my bank to report and retrieve a refund hopefully!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They do not respond to any emails. You can’t speak to anybody. They are unable to provide delivery details and change the timeframes. One the day the wardrobe was finally delivered they gave us a 7am-11pm window to wait for the wardrobe. THE WORST FURNITURE COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company, really urge no one to ever buy from this organisation again. Delivery was completely wrong & mismanaged, had no response from BedsClick when we were asking where our purchase was, someone came & said they charged £10 to go up 5 steps!! Product was incorrect, have been chasing for someone to collect it & had no one respond. Terrible in all senses!!

This company is a complete scam! No professionalism and no correspondence via email or invoice. I was contacted via what’s app that my delivery would drive 10pm in the night which I was not happy about, when I enquired for the next day during the day it was rejected. When the wardrobe came, one of the door mirrors were broken through transit. The delivery drivers stated I would get my replacement by the Friday as it was delivered on a Tuesday. This never happened. I called and called and got no response. At this point I was beginning to feel as if I had been scammed. I got my partner to call on a different number and that ‘surprisingly’ when through. She spoke to a customer representative called Aasad, when questioned about the replacement he stated it was never recorded by the delivery drivers; despite them taking pictures and saying it was reported. When my partner questioned the invoice that we had asked for from the beginning it was brushed off, no email. When questioned the authenticity about the company and its proceedings Aasad locked off the phone twice and diverted the calls to voicemail. My partner called again and this time spoke to someone named Siead who was helpful enough to put through a collection as we were more than dissatisfied with the company and wanted a prompt collection for the wardrobe and a rapid refund. Overall my experience with this company would be an ultimate 0! And wouldn’t waste my time or money with them.

Rubbish in every way
Rubbish . Bad quality fittings , no response from email . No phone number to contact . Terrible . Spend hundreds , spent nearly £100 more on extra strengthening and better fittings . Even the handles wouldn't tighten , made from bad quality plastic . Avoid this company
.....I did reach out to their customer services , I was ignored and recieved no rely both times .

Overall disappointed
Delivery was longer than stated. Brackets for the wardrobe rails were not in the packaging. Tried to contact the supplier but they make it impossible. Was quicker to order the pieces from Amazon than try and find a phone number. Overall very disappointing after the longer than expected delivery to finally have it built and the last piece of the puzzle wasn’t there.

Awful Experience
Ordered a sofa turned up damaged took them 5 days to pick it up even though I wasn't allowed to use it or have my cats near it and I live in a 1 bedroom flat only to be told that they don't have another in stock, do not order from here it seems like a scam

Product is okay, however instructions weren’t exactly clear and some of the holes weren’t pre drilled meaning it was hard to fit the clothes rail, also the layout is slightly different on the inside compared to the picture on the website

Ordered Milan mirrored wardrobe on 15th February 2024 contacted company by email as to when delivery would be as I was going on hols , they replied within cple hours told me around 10days then they contact me to say delivery on 23rd ONLY 8 days 🙌 delivery guys who work for company were great set of lads very polite and as they were ahead on time they offered to build it up for a price 😀 they built it up in no time at all and did EXCELLENT job even cleaned up after themselves 👍🏻 wardrobe is AMAZING and EXCELLENT quality I WOULD definitely recommend top ratings from me and a big thankyou to the company ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Rubbish wordrobe I will never buy again
I paid over 300 pounds for a wordrobe that don't go together as there is no holes for the srecws to go in I have emaied them about 7 times and thay have promised to send a handyman but nothing and I have sent about 5 more emails and nothing thay are not getting back to me at all I have no phone number so I can not ring them so I can not use the wardrobe and thay will not give me my money back
