The wardrobes we purchased are nice

The wardrobes we purchased are nice! But when we looked at the mirrored doors after the driver checked for damage we noticed the sliding doors were bent due to moisture in the boxes! The doors still slide but didn’t complain due to other reviews because would have been too much hassle! Disappointed really😞

AVOID AVOID I can’t tell you the trouble I have had !!!!! The comoany has been absolutely appalling! I bought a sofa bed and when pulled it out for the first time the wood broke . I contacted the company and they said I needed to report this within 24 hours . How would you know something like a sofa bed was broken until you tried it out . I’ve had numerous arguments with customer services and now they are saying they will send somebody out to fix it !!!! Before this all happened I was let down for delivery 3 times! Customer services contact you via WhatsApp and they only reply if they have something good to say , if they don’t and you have a problem they just blank you . I’m almost 40 years old and I’m quite an understanding and fair person however this process has brought me to tears as you have to constantly chase them up day after day and when they have taken payment they do not care about you or the product . We are now in February and I ordered my sofa bed 10 days before Xmas and I’m still In the process of arguing this out and having somebody to come and fix my broken sofa bed . I sat here now and I still do not have any hope £700 down the drain 😪

I purchased the Milan sliding mirrored wardrobe in the large size and it was great really sturdy huge mirrors made the room look big I loved it so much I bought another one for another room!

Bought a modern double mirror sliding…

Bought a modern double mirror sliding wardrobe. The delivery came early which was great. Items were well packed and all in good order the delivery drivers checked the mirror doors with me to show me they were all intact. Assembled the wardrobe on my own took me an about a day n a bit, instruction weren’t great but I got there and it looks great very sturdy and the sliding doors run very smoothly. Great job beds click , highly recommend and I will purchase from them again

Would not recommend

Well, I didn't want to leave review, but I received an invitation to do this 😆 So, here we go. Honestly, I would never buy anything from Bedsclick again because I have experienced only issues with them starting from delivery at midnight and continue with the damaged wardrobe parts replacement process and missing screws. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for this to be done, to ring and email them 20 times at least. And also you won't have any warranty for the wardrobe. And I didn't find this info on their website.
At the end everything finished ok, I received my replacement and missing screws thanks to delivery team, but I had very stressful time with Bedsclick for the things which should be easy.

Would not buy again!

Wardrobe had lots of damaged, dirty parts, instruction Just useless.
Customer service solve problem with smashed mirrored door, but still waiting for my refund for the other parts. Claim was made before Christmas, money still not on the acc.
Need to remind about myself Again.
It is April and the company still ignoring me. No refund.

Disgrace of a company

Disgrace of a company. Wrong parts and instructions. The wardrobe was different to what was advertised - to which i was told to customize it myself to match the wardrobe i actually wanted. I was also sent a YouTube video for a completely different wardrobe and told to follow the instructions in the video.

Customer service was rude and highly unprofessional - literally arguing with me. They didn't want to send a delivery company to collect the wardrobe and issue a refund instead they wanted to offer me a £30 refund...
I spoke to a "manager" that finally agreed to send out a company to collect the wardrobe but then said he didn't have time to send me a confirmation email because he had other things to do... till today that email never came.

After kicking a fuss they finally sent someone to my house to manually assemble and "customize" the wardrobe for me. The wardrobe quality is not good, and the although there was resolution in the end, it was an awful experience. I was only able to reach a resolution because i spoke to one person that seemed understanding and was very helpful. He arranged everything and seemed more professional than the "manager".

Rubbish company!!

The wardrobe came with the instructions that did not match the parts, most of the numbers for the panels were missing, so it was a complete guessing game, more like a jigsaw! One of the handles was damaged but because it was assembled a week after the delivery we were told that the company policy is any damaged items need to be reported within 24 hours after receiving the item! How is this possible due to how long it actually took to assemble?? Will not be buying from this company again that is for sure

Absolute joke of a company my son…

Absolute joke of a company my son purchased a sofa it came damaged as they use a company to deliver that doesn’t unpack the items they didn’t know it was damaged until they unpacked it. Now in an argument because the company are saying they will not replace as it has been sat on! What are you supposed to do? Sit on the floor until they arrange a replacement? The first offer was £30 it will cost far more than that to repair the damage. Next stop trading standards also checked them out on companies house which didn’t fill be with any confidence either nor did the warning on this page about reviews being removed. Genuinely avoid

Please be careful

I would give zero but you can’t. Absolutely appalling service. Still waiting for my sofa after a month. calls saying it will be delivery at 11.30 at night then 12.30 to then not be delivered cause they are going to a hotel🙈then they had a break down the next day. Just more excuses why our sofa is yet to be delivered.please be careful using this company. They always call off a different number too. The whole company is unprofessional and appears that something just isn’t right. I have had to go through my bank for a full refund I so angry and will be taking this matter further.

Excellent

The company couldn’t have been more helpful from.customer service, to delivery.
The wardrobe is perfect, the doors slide smoothly and it has lots of storage.
I did have a joiner put it together for me, which he did in about 21/2 hours.
I definitely would recommend this item and my joiner is going to buy one!!

i bought a settee which was a 2/3…

i bought a settee which was a 2/3 seater great price plus got 10% off really comfortable only thing was i didnt get a email saying what date it would come had some missed calls called them back and said my settee would be with me in a hour 🤦🤦 so had to quickly get the old one out other then that great service and the guys who delivered were very helpful to 🙂

I have ordered bedside mirrored…

I have ordered bedside mirrored cabinet. Delivery was on time but it came broken so I emailed beds click back with pictures and they offered me replacement or refund, so I had my refund back with in few days. They were quick to answer any emails. As I have never used them before and was worried that if I will be able to get it sorted or not. But they were brilliant. Do not use this company!!!!!!

Do not use this company!! Unless you want to spend your money, wait over a month for a delivery that is promised within 10 days. You may also wish to avoid multiple delivery appointments- including promises to deliver at 10pm at night. Some delivery drivers who were contracted in are total liars, telling the vendor that the item had been delivered or worse....the delivery driver confirming a 9pm delivery, not showing up and then stating that the item wasn't even in their van. The company use multiple mobile numbers to contact you but do not publish any customer service number. Total incompetence and I feel scammed. If there was a minus rating they would be getting one. Use this company at your cost and peril!!!!
