They kept me updated on delivery although delivery was late but they arrived and the item was beautiful after assembled

Paid for a mirrored wardrobe and got a full black one, with odd doors, felt like i've got done over massively watch out, you don't get what you pay for

You delivered the wrong sofa and your delivery men broke it and your refusing to take it back !

I ordered a sofa from bedsclub a month ago the delivery times are very long to br honest but it is worth it. The sofa is very beautiful and sturdy. The delivery guys were also very helpful in putting the sofa inside

Absolutely shocking service!! Bought a wardrobe 5 weeks ago, arrived 3 weeks ago and they delivered the wrong doors. Have literally been chasing EVERYDAY. NOONE will pick up the phone but then you receive a WhatsApp straight afterwards just saying “it’ll get sorted this week”. It’s been 3 weeks and NOONE has sorted it. I’m living out of boxes with no wardrobe and they won’t respond to calls or when I respond to WhatsApp they won’t message back either. DO NOT USE!

This company operates in a very weird way, they take your order online but then don't take payment and say it'll be payment on delivery and then there's no confirmation email or text, and it doesn’t appear anything has gone through. Then 4 weeks later someone turned up at my house with a delivery van asking for cash for the item on delivery. Terrible communication, by the time it came I had ordered something with a company I knew would provide the item and it was confusing as I initially thought it was the item I'd paid for until the delivery drivers asked for payment.
Seems like a bit of a tax dodge system to me.
The delivery guys were really nice and didn't give me any hassle but I did have to explain to someone on the phone that I didn't want the wardrobe so they got paid for the job.
Avoid if you want a reputable company.

Really disorganised delivery and then delivered the wrong colour doors for the wardrobe. It’s been 2 weeks and still trying to get a clear answer on when they’re coming to change them. No customer service to deal with either

Ordered a two seater sofa, very competitively priced and delivered within 3-4 days. Good quality and the delivery team were very helpful. Excellent service!!
