I had a kingsize bed base and headboard delivered yesterday... Wow all I can say is I'm over the moon. Good quality. Delivery was as stated, and the delivery guy was very helpful.

From start to finish , the service was impeccable. I placed the order and forgot To check the box for a preorganised discount. They immediately told me that I had done this and would refund the discount to my account. I asked if it could be delivered early.They did their utmost to make sure I received it on time. It was, it
arrived earlier than the stated time even delivered by the bosses themselves. The bed was better than I saw on the web as assured fter being described on the phone I was and still am
so impressed when it arrived by
the quality. After assembling the bed I had a problem. I telephoned the company.They arranged a video call with a technician. He couldn't understand why it was not working.They then sent a technician to my home to rectify the problem (at no cost). My embarrassment was it was me but I was met with a smile. .Don't worry and a handshake. I cannot stress how impressed I am by this company. I wish ordering online was as simple and effective as this purchase was.

Good value for the money we are very happy with this bed base ,will definitely be using them again

Bought a bed from BedsDivans online. They failed to deliver within 7 days as promised. The man who was supposed to help me with delivery arrangement was very unprofessional and rude. I ended up canceling the purchase.

The bed is really good quality and at a great price. I received exactly what I ordered. In addition, the team was great at helping me have the bed delivered on my selected day. Ordered monday and delivered Saturday! Very good service

Terrible company. I opened a case on ebay and they contacted me and lied saying an issue would be issued if I closed the case and left them a review. They lied and said the goods were delivered when it was not. Do not order from this company

I wasn’t provided with any delivery information until I chased it up myself at which point I was told I would be contacted 24hrs before delivery. They said they would send text confirmation and never did. Lack of communication.
Nice cheap bed though.

What a fabulous company for keeping me updated with my new bed... brilliant service from start to Finnish...the bed is great quality and very comfortable for my back .. would recommend anyone to buy from this company...

The best mattress EVER to come complete with the bed. Headboard easy to assemble.

Bed delivered on 15 Jun 24. Should have been delivered 5-12 Jun 24. However, although delivery not as stated, absolutely delighted with the bed. Good quality for an excellent price. Delivery driver polite and helpful. Definitely buy again and recommend to others, but company maybe address delivery times on advert of bed

The bed is good, my daughter is very happy.
But feet and clips where missing, so check prior letting the delivery driver leave.
Luckly the driver was really nice and came back to drop of some extras. Found out early enough before the driver was too far away.

The company called twice and requested me to change the trust pilot review from 1 star to 5 star for compensation because of their mistake for 3 weeks late delivery but even that they do not keep their word and make out to be its not their fault when i recieved the product in just under 4 weeks. Now their trying to turn it around on me that its my fault, somehow. Not surprised at all. If you have any doubt ask to listen to their telephone conversation with me which will clear this up as this was meant to be recorded conversation from the 4th May 2024. They dont care about their customers and theyll do or say anything for their benefit. Wont use them again.

Excellent customer service. Bought a bed and headboard a few years ago... We lost the bolts when moving house and they sent replacements for free. The ones they sent were the wrong size (my fault for not explaining) and they sent the right ones for free again! Thanks!

Great service - However, I was promised a 5% refund on delivery, but it was never received.

Seemed like it would take a couple weeks to deliver but actually came within a week. Great service!
