As i had previously had a bad experience in the past with another bed company i carried out some research on alot of bed companies before making my purchase.
Bedsnk have amazng reviews which is why i went with them
Im glad to say that my experience was also 5 star. Excellent customer service from before actually purchasing the bed to even ensuring all was ok after delivery.
Assembly was easy, however i did just need a little bit of help, which they were happy to assist on Whatsapp.
The bed was well packaged & looks even nicer in my bedroom than on line.
So glad i chose Bedsnk. You have restored my faith in bed companies again

Great customer service, fast delivery and a lovely product.
I ordered swatches to check the colour would go with my decor. Once I had ordered, I received a phone call to check on the colour and to check that the headboard would fit up my stairs. They then kept in contact via WhatsApp to inform us of delivery. The delivery was less than a week after I ordered.
The bed was easy to put together with clear instructions.
I am very pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely beautiful bed and so far everything seems sturdy and good quality, hope it stays that way. I purchased the Montreal gas lift storage bed, in the cream plush velvet.
Give 4 stars because the instructions definitely needs reconsidering, worse instructions I’ve ever seen, took 4 of us over 3 hours to put together, we had everything together the wrong way, really does need more clearer instructions. Opted for the 1500 pocket mattress, even though it is medium/firm I find it’s a little too hard.
Having said that I couldn’t fault the customer service, best I’ve ever experienced. Replied to all messages straight away and even video called me to help assemble the bed, which afterwards when we knew how, it was together in no time. I’d definitely buy from here again.

Absolutely over the moon with my bed from Bedsnk! From start to finish the service was amazing. Delivery was smooth, the team were so friendly and they even assembled the bed for me, which was a huge help. I’d accidentally chosen the wrong colour online, but they took the time to help me pick the perfect one — and I’m so glad they did because it looks stunning.

The quality of the bed is outstanding, even better than the photos, and it feels really solid and well made. I honestly couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend Bedsnk to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality bed with excellent customer service.

Buying on line I'm always a little dubious, but before I played my orderci was told it might take longer than usual due to my location.

One delivery was arranged i was kept very well informed, the only think I would say is an email with an update on your order progress

On the whole this company were absolutely brilliant from the order stage to delivery.

Bed delivered within timescales and sms to update on delivery slot day before. Bed looks far more expensive than it was. I had the panel divan ottoman in sand Naples and it goes perfect with colour scheme. Customer service was amazing, I had to call late on a Friday just before 5 as there was no instructions to attach headboard and the owner video called me and talked me through it. Then messaged to check all ok. 5 star service!

Excellent customer service from the start. Did the order online just before Xmas eve, the team called me and informed me they would be closed over the holidays and deliveries would resume from 5th of Jan.
on the 5th I received a phone call to let me know the bed order was in progress and to discuss some changes to the headboard. Then received a text message the following day that the bed would be ready for delivery on the Wednesday.
Delivery was very easy, received a text and call when the driver was 20mins away, he was brilliant and took the bed inside the house for us.
The bed is absolutely beautiful and looks great in my room, the mattress is super comfy too!
