Excellent delivery.. bed good but would 9nly recommend for young child/teenager. Wooden slats very thin and bend when sat on, currently using suitcase to avoid them breaking

Apologies that you are unhappy with the bed frame slats. Could you please send an email to customerservice@bedsos.co.uk to raise a request for replacements. We will advise the manufacturer to send out a full set of slats, in case the ones you are in receipt of are faulty in some way. They do have a bend to them, as they are a sprung slatted base. The beds do meet British Standards, however if you are unhappy with the bed we are more than happy to look to resolve this for you.

Excellent experience all round
Very, very pleased with our purchase from Bed SOS! The website was really easy to navigate around making it very quick to find the bed frame we were after. Delivery was extremely prompt and the company kept us updated with timing and dates for when our bed frame would arrive. It was easy to assemble and so far so good! We love it!

Crushed velvet King size bed
Absolutely love my new bed and got the emerald mattress with it which when altogether looks brilliant very easy to put together came early on the morning and is lovely and comfortable would highly recommend this company very satified customer.

Cream metal headboard
Good priced metal headboard.
Slightly damaged ( flaking paint) on arrival even though it was packaged very well so could have been done before delivering. Didn't send back incase got a more damaged one and it's the hassle. Still looks nice as long as you don't look too closely in parts.

I needed a good quality bed the next day as my client in my holiday cottage had demolished mine. This is only company I could rely on to deliver the next day and it arrived early and was beautiful and thankfully looks really strong. Clients love it and I use the company again and recommend them.
