The Bedstory Mattress is very comfortable, I wasn't expecting that for a 4" thick mattress. I had an issue expanding it but the customer services helped me promptly giving tips on how to fix it.

Very well made and packaged. I have never purchased a mattress online but no worries when dealing with Bedstory. Communication has been perfect and our satisfaction has been earned by this great company. I will recommend to friends and family as we are very happy with our purchase.

Mattress was fine for 35 days. So just over the rerurn limit. My back is fused from scoliosis and my husband has no back issues. After 35 days of sleeping on mattress my husband started sleeping on floor due to indents where he was sleeping. I weigh 110 pounds and also have huge indent where iI was sleeping and after being in bed for 3 hours I am in so much pain I have to get up. My back hurts so much it feels like I never had surgery. Stay away from these mattress. I researched for 3 months before I bought it. The good reviews are from people that have only slept on it a week or less. Always wait 30 days. So after 35 days we are throwing it in dump. King size.

Customer service was quick to respond and help resolve an issue! Ordered a mattress in a box through Amazon, tried it for a week and realized it was much too firm for me. I emailed the company asking for help with a return or exchange, and they promptly worked with me to find a resolution.

They were incredibly helpful and supportive. They followed up multiple times and sent several emails to ensure everything was resolved. Their customer service was excellent, especially regarding the issue I had. They communicated very well with me and resolved my problem perfectly. Overall, their service was outstanding!

Ordered for grandkids for their sleepovers. Items shipped quickly.
Opened upon arrival. Took a few days to decompress to its fullest. Grands slept comfortably.
Single issue was with carrying bag. Seller was quick to respond and was very helpful. Excellent customer service.

The mattress started dipping in the middle after 9 months. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and helped resolve the issue.

After sleeping on the mattress for about a year my back feels like there is an ice pick poking into it. Also, it turns out that the Certipur -us rating is not a very well regarded rating when it comes to toxicity and ecological concerns.

Ordered a mattress from Amazon. Realized later that the mattress was the wrong firmness from reading the specifications/fine print on Amazon. Initiated a return as soon as mattress arrived (did not unbox). Customer service was very responsive and I received all the information needed for a return, as well as a refund, pretty quickly. Can’t speak to the quality of the mattress, but may order from them again in the future because of the customer service.

We bought a product from BedStory and we found it too firm for our needs as it’s was classified semi-firm. After writing to the customer service, they propose to us to give a credit note to buy a topper to improve the confort of the mattress.

I purchased a more expensive product for one bed and 2 bed story toppers for guest suites. I prefer the bed story toppers. They expand fast, are dense quality materials, don’t migrate up down or side to side. Absolutely perfect. Also, I had a minor hiccup with the order and customer service was right on it making customer satisfaction their priority.

I was unable to use the mattress topper for a number of different reasons. However I am extremely satisfied with BedStory for the compensation they are providing.

I ordered two mattresses from you on eBay in 2021. Unfortunately, I noticed that one of them had a dent in the hip area in 2024. I weigh less than 80 kg.
Bedstory promises a 10 year warranty on the product when purchased. However, the response I received was that it has been 3 years since my order was placed and they will not do something about it.
Even though I have the invoice and documents, they denied that they give a 10-year warranty on their products.Unfortunately, the matratze is now a trash.
