I am completely obsessed with my new bedroom set. It was my first time splurging on a bedroom set and I went back-and-forth about it. But it is worth every penny, and I cannot wait to order my next one. You can mix & match or choose from the beautifully curated sets. I had a wonderful experience with customer service as well. If you’re thinking about it, just do it.

Amazing quality, does need some time to soften up as most linen does. Prompt delivery, well packaged, product as described.

9th March 2026 review - product was meant to arrive in February. No news and it's now march

7th april 2026 Update - I have had to follow up multiple times on this order. They have not once been proactive in communicating delays. It was meant to arrive in Feb, then March. I emailed again last week and now they say it will arrive in May.
I don't need the summer blanket to arrive in winter!

Lovely fabric in a selection of pleasing colours. I've been meaning to contact you for ages with a suggestion. Doona covers can be a pain to put on and an Italian friend told me about some doona covers there: lay one side of the doona cover on the bed, then place the doona cover on top and then finally the second side of the cover. I'm not sure how they do up: with a zip perhaps? Or buttons and button holes on three sides? Anyway, I leave the thought with you. I don't really want a published review in my name

It's been a month and I still haven't received my order

I'm satisfied. I didn't order a fitted sheet with the two items I had ordered previously. They had one on sale and in a color I would like. Finally throwing this on my bed, these are really good quality linens! I've never had bedding this nice before. Definitely felt softer after washing them as instructed. Washes easily, and the gentle detergent is nice (a little goes a long way). FYI produces a great deal lint or fuzz in the dryer catch. I have a mixed set of paprika and rust, the colors are not as vibrant/"bright" as images/videos advertise. The swatch card is a great add!

My order was received missing a pillow case. Called your office at 4.54pm and received a recorded message saying your hours were 9-5 weekdays, obviously this has changed.
Anyway, would appreciate soneone contacting me to explain what happened to my order and when I can expect to receive the missing part of my order.

However, after contacting BT they immediately actioned it and problem solved.

The linen sheets and duvet cover I bought from BedThreads have been incredibly comfortable! The only downside is that the duvet cover was missing a cord to tie to the duvet in one corner. I expected better quality control for the price of these items.
