Terrible Delivery Partner, but Great Customer Service
Terrible service. We ordered a a package last year November and it’s still not arrived. Apparently the package was resent twice but the delivery company had "misplaced" the package.
Order: BT-UK-17544
A refund was issued as it's been a ridiculously long wait. I still want these sheets though!
March 5th Edit:
Customer care offered a gesture of goodwill and a refund.
Their delivery partner needs to be reviewed though given that two packages have now gone missing.

Sage colour not very nice
I bought 2 duvet covers. The blue Coast colour is gorgeous and looks like the photos on the website. The sage green, however, is not like the photos on the website and has a brownish undertone that is really unattractive.
UPDATE: I am really impressed with the excellent customer service from Ashleigh at Bed Threads who responded to my review and has resolved the issue with the Sage colour duvet.

Comfortable but doesn’t last
Comfortable and pretty, but doesn’t last as long as it should for the prices.
I had to change the sheets 3 times in 2-3 years because they would do big holes in some months use.
Also the duvet cover lost is colour (faded a lot) in less than a year and now has small holes in a couple of places.
At least the customers service is good.
For more than 800$ the set I would expect better than that.

We buy all our bed linen from Bed Threads and have done for the past 10 years. We love the product. The linen feels beautiful on our skin, we love the natural fibers, and the colours are always on trend which helps us keep our bedroom fresh. We also deck our tables with their products. so i’m obsessed with these sheets BUT
so i’m obsessed with these sheets, the colour & the feel of them. the only problem is various threads are fraying from the first wash, for this price i was hoping these sheets would last me 10+ years but im unsure now. they are also constantly shedding even after a few washes. its sad because i was so excited about these sheets and invested in my sleep hygiene, but heartbroken about it 💔

Fabulous linen and customer service
Fabulous linen. I purchased about 14 blouses and the fabric is durable and soft. Love love love them. I did have an issue with a size and they were very prompt and curious to rectify the situation. Class act company.
