After a terrible experience with Home Telecom, I switched to BeeBu who have been fantastic.
Had an issue with the internet due to a faulty connector in the box on the pole.
Reported to BeeBu at 10:40am - by 15:00pm, MS3 engineers had been out and fixed the issue and got me back online for the Easter Weekend!
Great customer services. Would HIGHLY recommend

I signed up to BeeBu 3 months ago, the agent we signed up with (MS3) made a few mistakes with the registration, however ..... Allen & Pete have been amazing, the level of customer service is second to no one, l opted to contact BeeBu via what's app. Every reply was within minutes, they know what customers want and they deliver, resolving all issues within less than 24 hours. As far as customer service goes with BeeBu (Allen & Pete) they have set the bar & I could not be more grateful or satisfied.
Now.... The product, WOW, brilliant, no issues, easy set up, handy QR code stickers for devices to sign in and a reliable service. As a home worker I have not had any issue with the connection and with the kids doing what they do via streaming and gaming I have seen no slowness at all. An all round great product but most of all in my opinion amazing customer service, highly recommend to all.

I'm always a bit cautious taking services out with new companies (or ones I haven't heard off) especially as the broadband was at such a reasonable cost.
The sign up process didn't work correctly for me and for some reason it didn't create an account nor did it process the order. I am deperate for broadband as there was a fire in my work office and now I'm working in mother's loft with what feels like 10mb per annum speed.
It does say on the contract info that you have to confirm the order by calling them (unless already agreed) but as I had done it online and there was a tick box saying that I had read the contracts etc and a button saying 'place order' I thought I had already agreed.
City fibre needed to be installed, and they gave today as the date (which was 2 weeks after placing the order) After checking my emails, I realised I hadn't received any communication.
I rang through and quickly got through to a UK agent and spoke to Peter. He said I would need to put an order through again as the original had expired but to get back in touch after as they may be able to push it through quicker. I did that and rang back, spoke to Annie who was super helpful, who explained the process and rang the 'connection team' from city fibre. She managed to get me booked in for tomorrow (with the explanation on any potential issues), and put a router in the post for next day delivery so it would be here in time. It's so nice to speak to a company whith a customer service that is doing their best to help the customers.
Hopefully the broadband is as good as the customer service team!

I have had Beebu since August last year and highly recommend. The service flawless, I've had no issues at all. Superfast download speeds, signal reaches to parts of the house it never did before and its super reliable. Installation was fast and easy switching from previous provider. Really happy.

We had beebu for a few months now. The switchover from sky was seamless, with one touch switch and we haven't looked back since. We have a family of 5, all connected to devices and computers with no interruptions at all!

Are quite nice on the phone but for an expensive product in relation to competition the router is poor quality, speed about 30% less than advertised and that is for wired connection and the internet struggles to travel more than a couple of rooms. Have mentioned this to the company a few times but have made no effort to resolve it besides claim to have ordered a test.
No broadband and cannot get hold of Beebu as they do not work on weekends this is the 2nd time my internet has gone down since joining 3 March 2025 so going to be a long wait to be able to contact anyone before the problem can be resolved so yes I'm not a happy customer as I am reliant on broadband for streaming TV programs

Only just moved to BeeBu and so far things are looking good. Pete and the team have been very helpful already, particualry with a few technical questions. Hope it continues, although I do have a couple of tickets still open for over a week now, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars.

Quick instructions fast sign up process. Friendly customer service. A the guys who come out to connect you up are honest an politie. Also the internet is awesome speeds are there a connection is stable. Highly recommended if you’re paying high price to these big company’s out there.

I had Beebu installed yesterday and all went well until tried to connect to a device the WiFi password would not work after many hours trying every variation I gave up. The following day after many emails I chatted to Phil in customer services who changed my password and then lift off and am now fully connected. So far so good it would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to spend so long to get connected but they were great

The team at Beebu kept me informed throughout my onboarding and were quick to respond and resolve a few minor teething problems I had.
A really nice touch was giving me a call a few days after my install to make sure all the teething problems were resolved and I was happy.

Internet works great and the installation was free and went smoothly. I am very happy with Beebu customer service.

The only reason I've left off a star is because I didn't get my service on the day it was due to begin, due to a glitch, otherwise I feel like it would have been flawless. The customer service was great though, I cannot fault that, thank you Annie (and the guy I spoke to the following evening whose name escapes me).
