Signed up back in April; Beebu service in our area is provided by F&W Networks, seemingly a sister company of Hey!Broadband, and their installer was a bit slapdash plus they needed work from civils, then after all that an extra provisioning delay meant our service was eventually live 3.5 weeks later than planned. But once it was live it's been really great; I'm using alternative routers not the provided one and wired it's consistent 905Mbps down and 920Mbps up with low pings (5ms unloaded, 7ms loaded). And the price is more than fair. All in all a great choice and I hope they go from strength to strength.

My property is in a location that's tricky to get good broadband coverage. I contacted Beebu and had a good long chat with Pete, who checked all the details for me and found I could get fibre broadband to my property. I'm looking forwards to changing providers and a speedy connection!

I have been using your service for three days, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. While you state that speeds are guaranteed to the modem, this is of little practical value, as my family and I need reliable connectivity through the router and Wi-Fi in order to use the service.
In reality, the connection keeps dropping off, and we have had to continue relying on mobile data, as the service has not provided stable or usable internet access throughout our home. This makes the subscription feel ineffective and irrelevant to our needs.
I wanted to share this feedback so you understand how frustrating it is for customers when the service advertised does not meet expectations in real daily use.

From enquiry to installation, the whole process with Beebu has been smooth and professional. I was a little apprehensive at first as it’s a new broadband provider, but everything has been brilliant so far. Fast speeds, reliable connection, and excellent service really impressed!

The support team, specifically Allen, are fantastic and on hand in good time whenever needed. Unlike ISPs I have used in the past, BeeBu treat you like a human being rather than a number in their bank account. So I will always recommend them to anyone in need of a new supplier.

Signed up for good value internet. Given an install date of 6 August 2025. Waited in. Installer turned up 2 hours late had a quick look around and said (very hard to understand) he would book another date for an install because they needed a cherry picker. They should have know this in advance. Heard nothing. Phoned BeeBu. They told me I had an installation booked for 18 August (in 3 days time). But no one bothered to tell me! A good job I phoned to check. I waited in again for my 8am-1pm slot. Again nothing happened. At about 1:20pm I get a phone call (again very hard to understand due to heavy overseas accent) to book an appointment to install in September! So an install date is not an install date, communication non existent. Obviously the installers seem unreliable and I don't trust them to drill holes in my house or do the job at all so I cancelled. All the time I am paying double for my very average Virgin Media internet as I am out of my 'offer' period. I would try someone else.
The BeeBu office was easy to get hold off and they were helpful. They have since sent me a gift card as compensation for the issues I encountered which I appreciate. The problem is clearly with their installers.

They came on time and guided me through each step throughout the installation procedure. The engineer also placed the router in the most optimal location resulting in consistent speeds throughout the whole house. Overall great service and I am very glad I chose Beebu!

the installation went smooth no problems connecting me up took around 1 and a half hours because of server problems. rang beebu and they fixed it in half an hour, with a uk call centre (yay).now i get lightening speeds up and down. on my gigabit connection im getting 950gb download and 820 upload mega chuffed with the whole experiance so far 5 stars
