Terrible customer service, terrible service. Tell me my product was dispatched and must be lost in transit, when clearly the item hasn't been dispatched as it is clearly showing as order placed and hasn't moved to in transit. Their eventual response was dire and made no sense. Avoid.

Bought the rainy day ducks, tiny and absolute rubbish like a fairground prize. Totally deceived as look much bigger in advert. Umbrellas don’t fit. Complete scam

Would give zero if allowed.Rainy day ducks have holes for umbrellas that are very shallow and wide so they won’t attach.I tried putting filler in the holes to make them fit but the top of the umbrella is so unbalanced and too heavy the ducks can’t stand up.I sent a video to customer service showing problem and they offered me £5 or for me to return paying return postage.They claim they would refund in28 days after receipt but not for original or return postage.Absolutely scammed I’m afraid.

Rubbish I ordered 2 rainy day ducks via Wowcher reduced supposedly from £44.99 to £9.99. They are really bad quality , tiny as well and umbrellas don’t fit not even with a fiver let alone £44.99. Don’t use em

Cheap and nasty!
I purchased via Wowcher two fly fans which my wife saw on itv’s this morning program. They were saying how good they were and as we live in the country and get a lot of insects/flies etc, I thought I would invest in a couple.

They arrived well packaged and in good time. However, when putting in brand new batteries (not included) one worked fine when switched on, but the other just did nothing! I know that they were not expensive, but that’s not the point. When you pay for two you expect to get two that actually work, or am I expecting too much!

Trying to get a replacement is becoming a mission and Wowcher are not really helping!

Customer Service appalling.
Company delivered the wrong item and expect me to pay for return or accept £2.50 credit.

I ordered two XXL ladies hoodie dressing gowns from Wowcher I have contacted wowcher got nothing from them and now I cannot get in touch with beefy goods other than by writing to them as I am not on the mailing list.
I just tried to email you and got a message saying no user here.

If I could give them a zero I would have. Bought a dancing cactus from living social for my daughter and it won't work. They have asked for a video and they have a 25meg limit so it is impossible to get it through. Slow to respond on email and keep repeating themselves. Absolute scam artist

If I could of given this seller a minus score I definitely would have, and it appears that I'm not the only unhappy buyer!!!

I purchased a Xl oversized hoodie which arrived 2 weeks late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered 2 more through Klarna. After over a week of no item I thought "oh no, history repeating itself here". I contacted the company only to be told that they had already sent the item. I said "no, that was for the 1st order which I have received". Numerous emails with evidence of purchase ensued, with no reply. Klarna suspended the payment. 1 item then turned up, but when asked where the other item was they said I only ordered 1. Basically ripping me off as the invoice I had sent them stated clearly that I'd ordered 2 items and also been charged 2 shipping fees of £4-99 (that in itself is extortionate postage and also proving that I'd ordered 2 items). Because of the complicated nature of finance through Klarna, I am now left paying for an item I never received. To add insult to injury the stitching of both of the XL oversized hoodie's is unravelling at the seems under the armpits.
Absolute "RIP OFF MERCHANTS"

I ordered an XXL Oversized Lazy Poncho Hoodie which arrived a week later than promised. Item was not as described 108cm long not 120cm as described on ad. Seam under arm had started to come apart. Had terrible trouble obtaining a refund. Beefygoods refused to reimburse me for posting item back to them even though under the consumer rights act 2015 I should incur no costs for returning a faulty and not as described item. Will never buy anything from Beefygoods again. Do not touch with a barge pole.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing on of their items through wowcher. Pure SCAM. This is a company that like to take money and not provide the items for what’s been paid.

I hope others do read these reviews before purchasing off the rip of company.

I placed the order on the 19th of December then paid a speedy delivery of £7 for it to arrive by the 23rd still no delivery, even to date still nothing. I hope everyone can claim their refunds back through their banks.

Beware scammers
Still waiting for a gift that had a guaranteed delivery date of before rehearsal 15th December. It is now the 28th and still no sign of it. Refused a refund so far aswell.

I really wish I had read these reviews first. I really should have known better!
I ordered an XXL Oversized Lazy Poncho Hoodie which arrived a week later than promised. Having read the reviews it would appear I'm lucky it turned up at all.
The item is definitely not as described and would barely swamp a lost pygmy tribe in the Amazon or a 10 year old child, let alone an adult.
The quality is abysmal and I would even feel bad about donating it to Air Ambulance charity. It's certainly not fit to be given as a gift, unless you really dislike someone.

I ordered three gifts (same item or different colour) through Wowcher.
When I came to redeem it the system only allowed for singular chords to be put in meaning I had to pay for delivery three times.
I only have two tracking codes so I’m already out of pocket for five quid.
I also was supposed to get my delivery A week ago.
And I’m still waiting.
From the sounds of other people I know that have used this company, I have a lot longer to wait.

I ordered an oversized hoodie for my wife with a 2-3 days delivery window. It was being processed on 5th October. A later enquiry after no further updates revealed an EVRI delivery was expected on 10 October.
It never arrived and I started a number of enquiries with the same apology stating to be patient for another 2-5 days. I asked twice for a full refund as I believed it to be lost by EVRI (no surprise) as it was shown still in their system but no onward movement.
This request was ignored but instead followed on 14 October with their tracking showing accepted by EVRI gateway overseas. It’s not even in this country!!!!
This is becoming more and more common that Chinese companies advertise goods with an unrealistic initial delivery date and DO NOT outline that goods are coming from China!
These are totally deceptive practices in my opinion and make a purchase that is required in a reasonable time-frame untenable.
I will not use this company again as it does not run a professional customer service and I would have expected, for the reasons evidenced and outlined above, a full refund!
