Please don't waste your money
Please don't waste your money. I ordered this through Wowcher and the delivery date was due 30th September. It's now the 14th October and hasn't arrived. And it seems others have the same issue. Wowcher tells you to contact Beefy Goods, but they just respond saying it's on its way. Even if you decide to cancel because it's been a stupid amount of time waiting, they'll tell you to wait for it to arrive. Best thing is to keep your money and buy it from a more trusted business.

I wished I read the Trust Pilot comments before using Wowcher/Beefy Goods for the first time.
Placed an order via Wowcher and paid on 25th Sept.
Waited a few days and no delivery.
I realised I had to pay another £5 for delivery etc.
Paid delivery.
Order sent to EVRI who accepted order on 6th Oct where it has remained. It was meant to be a 2 day delivery but it’s been 8 days now. I believe order has been lost or possibly stolen.
Contacted Wowcher via WhatsApp.
They informed me to write to Beefy Goods and provided an email.
Beefy Goods won’t give me a refund as item is in transit. No it’s not as it’s been lost.
So I’m going to report all 3 organisations to Trades and Standards as I’ve paid for an item I haven’t received.
